If you're use to seafood boils from places like The Boiling Crab in CA... this tries to be it but it's different. We came on Saturday at 6pm, and it wasn't busy so we were seated right away.
This review is from someone that's eaten at many seafood boil in bags type of restaurants.
We ordered Combo A which has a 2lbs minimum. So we got 1lb of each: crawfish, shrimp, and mussels... House special sauce, medium spicy. And wanted to order sweet potato fries, were told they sold out so got garlic fries instead. The menu says $19.99 per pound, except the wall price clearly said $15.99 for crawfish and we were charged $19.99...
The shrimp and mussels were good. Crawfish was big and OK, we maybe got like 8 of them and obviously most of that weight was in the heads... the sauce was different. It is not a butter based sauce like The Boiling Crab. It was maybe tomato based and thickened with a starch. Not a cajun seafood boil sauce. But it did say "Vietnamese style". The garlic fries weren't good... shoestring style fries, and hard... not much garlic flavor.
They did provide bibs and gloves. But they didn't have an unlimited amount of napkins. We had to ask for more. This is the first seafood boil spot that didn't have a napkin dispenser on the tables.
Also, first seafood boil spot that didn't have hand wash stations. They only had 1 individual bathroom. So I had to watch for people and wait while the sauce dried on my hands. How do they do it when the place is packed?
We drove out from Bellingham... would not do again.
$77 + Tip. Not worth it.

Fairly disappointing. The service was nonexistent. We had to ask for nearly everything we needed. I ordered a shrimp boil with no flavor added and told the waitress I would have it with cocktail sauce. The minimum order is 1lb of shrimp, so I received a lot of plain, boiled shrimp only to be told they were out of cocktail sauce. No other sauce was offered at that point. The restaurant was also out of clam chowder, even though we were the 1st customers of the day. The online menu offers far more than the restaurant actually offers. My elderly granny ordered the combo which is a 2lb minimum, so quite expensive, more than $50, and her mussels were inedible - overcooked and rubbery. Crab legs came with no cracker so this 90 year old woman was...expected to break the crab legs with her hands? We asked for a crab cracker and got one that only sort of worked, and were also given - oddly - a pair of partially broken scissors and I have no idea if they had been cleaned or not but they looked rough. We were given our food in plastic bags and when asking for a plate were told we could "eat out of the bags." I had to ask again for a dish for granny. The bathroom was not very clean. For an expensive bunch of seafood, the service and quality of food were both very disappointing.

Everything is bland and has no flavor. From the sauce to the fries. I’m a vietnamese and i can’t get behind this fusion sauce thing.

Extremely unflavorful/bland for Viet/Cajun, my friend & I were really disappointed with our meal of shrimp & mussels. Service was good but the house special sauce had no flavor and the fries were not salted enough. Would not come back here personally.

My friend and I had an Amazing Lunch at Blazing Crawfish! The food was Awesome! Only topped by the great service. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we entered. We will definitely be back and with friends. The special sauce was the best! You will want to get the warm bread to dip in the sauce. Delicious!
Peace and Blessings

I have eaten here numerous times in the restaurant, and my wife and I recently had them cater our rehearsal dinner in Arlington, WA. They were extremely helpful, prompt, careful, and provided an excellent meal for 40 people. I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in doing a seafood meal that is catered!

It was wonderful to see a Viet-Cajun crab boil! Note that the spice level is pretty high, I think a 2-spice level or 3 is good. I wish we were given more tools though, we only got 1 crab cracker and had to ask for picks. Staff mostly left us alone, but is great to talk to if you start a conversation.
