Bluewater Organic Distilling

This is my favorite spot in Everett. Their bread and spreads is a great starter. Then we get the seafood/salmon chowder! And a flourless cake for dessert. Great food and atmosphere

I brought a sailboat up to Everett and wanted a drink and a snack before my ride came. I wound up at Bluewater Distilling because it’s right in front of the marina. What a stroke of luck that was!

This place checked every box: setting is fantastic. It’s waterfront and facing west for a beautiful view. Outdoor seating area was huge.

Service was absolutely top notch

Food and drink was perfect: I had a red sky at night cocktail and it was one of the best cocktails I’ve had in ages. I got one steak taco and it was absolutely deliscious; tender steak, peppers and jalapeños on what looked like a hand-made corn tortilla.

I’ll be back for sure!

Awesome food, drinks and service. Had the Gazpacho soup today which was beyond good!! Last week I had the Chefs burger with Pineapple - to die for.

We have been to Bluewater Distillery almost a dozen times and have never had a negative experience. Food is always prepared well, menu changes frequently to keep the experience fresh, staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent fish fry plate, the best fish & chips I’ve ever had. Ever. Fresh halibut in delicious panko crust and pan fried to perfection, with great house tarter and crisp coleslaw, it’s worth the trip from Seattle to Everett, plus you get a great atmosphere out on the patio. It’s obvious this place is big on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Every plate our table ordered was good-sized portions and popping with freshness. I highly recommend Blue Water. The service was fantastic, and the bartender was making the tastiest craft cocktails. I’ll definitely be back.

We love coming here. The craft cocktails are delicious and inventive. The food menu offers enough variety and the food specials are always tasty. The items change seasonally showcasing fresh and vibrant flavors. The staff is very friendly and always have a great experience coming here. They also have a pet friendly outdoor patio and minors are welcome.

My wife and I found Blue water about 5 years ago.
It has been our date night destination with no reservation or $20 deposit needed to enjoy a Puget sound sunset.
We have since relocated to Wenatchee valley, and go out of our way to still spend a romantic evening together with superb service and locally sourced fresh food. I don't write reviews nor do I do surveys, but I appreciate quality food and service at an affordable price. From fire tables, to moody lighting bar tops, group areas and new friends to be made with friendly staff.. look no further than Blue water!!
P.s. the ice cream is DIVINE

I live in Wenatchee and always make it a point to come and enjoy cocktails and dinner at Bluewater! I love the fact that they source their food from local vendors and hand craft several components of their cocktails. The staff is always friendly and open to feedback. If you are looking for the perfect date night spot this is it!

Great food & cocktails. Close to the waterfront to walk before or after. Tia was our server recently & was very friendly & attentive. Great patio where you can bring your dog too.

One of my favorite places to get a high quality unique mixed drink and sit out in the sun... Food is good, if that's your thing... But the drinks are just that much better.

Some friends and I went here after work and it was great. The drinks were delicious (everyone loved what they got), and they had some really good zero proof options as well. The food was also good, primarily seafood options, but some non seafood as well. If you're looking for a place with delicious cocktails and some good food, this is it.

Amazing environment, outstanding drinks, cute bartender, warm vibes and great music. Can not wait to comeback for the new food on the menu.

Fabulous find in Everett Marina. Great and unique cocktails and fabulous food, particularly the halibut fish & chips. Nate will serve you with his big smile!
