We have been to Bluewater Distillery almost a dozen times and have never had a negative experience. Food is always prepared well, menu changes frequently to keep the experience fresh, staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Excellent fish fry plate, the best fish & chips I’ve ever had. Ever. Fresh halibut in delicious panko crust and pan fried to perfection, with great house tarter and crisp coleslaw, it’s worth the trip from Seattle to Everett, plus you get a great atmosphere out on the patio. It’s obvious this place is big on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Every plate our table ordered was good-sized portions and popping with freshness. I highly recommend Blue Water. The service...

This place checked every box: setting is fantastic. It’s waterfront and facing west for a beautiful view. Outdoor seating area was huge.
