We have been to Bluewater Distillery almost a dozen times and have never had a negative experience. Food is always prepared well, menu changes frequently to keep the experience fresh, staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Excellent fish fry plate, the best fish & chips I’ve ever had. Ever. Fresh halibut in delicious panko crust and pan fried to perfection, with great house tarter and crisp coleslaw, it’s worth the trip from Seattle to Everett, plus you get a great atmosphere out on the patio. We love coming here. The craft cocktails are delicious and inventive. The food menu offers enough variety and the food specials are always tasty. The items change seasonally showcasing fresh and vibrant flavors. The staff is very friendly and always have a great experience coming here. They also have a pet friendly outdoor patio and minors are welcome.
