Had a very bad experience with the barista by the name of Myra she was extremely rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason I did make an attempt to contact the owner to try to get matters resolved differently but now it has been over a month since I have tried multiple times to contact the owner the owner has not gotten back to me to resolve the matter so therefore I am leaving a bad review because not only did I have an issue with a barista but now there is an issue with the owner not addressing issues properly this is a poor way to do business the other girls that work the stand are very pleasant and nice to deal with there is only one barista that has been unpleasant I have attempted more than 10 times to reach out to the owner and still have yet to receive any kind of response I guess the owner is just okay with Myra being disrespectful to her daily customersWow I'm actually surprised that somebody responded on here I'm going to start by saying no I do not know who you are if I saw you face-to-face I wouldn't know which one you are I'm not familiar with people like that and I would like to discuss the matter with you and I have attempted to make contact with you through one of your other employees multiple times with no avail I would like to talk to you directly and not have this all be public can you message me directly and have an adult conversation you have my name you know who I am look me up on Facebook and send me a message the issues that I have go Way beyond what I have already posted about

okay there is one barista (wears glasses) but she makes my drinks EXCELLENT every single time. the only reason I deducted a star is because the taste/quality is not consistent depending on who makes your drink. however, once you get the right barista, you will understand. the coffee toffee & creme brulee are my faves!

This is the best coffee in Everett! I regularly get coffee from this shop and it never disappoints. I usually get coffee+toffee or white mocha or the breve. Customer service from the ladies was great and they're good at what they do. Sometimes it can really get busy, but if I want my good coffee, I can definitely wait.

I just got the worst coffee I've ever had. I'm serious. It's the weekend crew. This place is solid mon-fri. Go on the weekend and you're at risk of this.... And I got one for my wife too, unfortunately. She just left for work without it.We all know how important our coffee is. And how expensive they are. This is so disappointing and a terrible way to start the day.Why the weekend crew doesn't seem to be well trained is a question for the company. I blame them.3 stars because like i said, go mon-fri. Do not go on the weekends.

I don’t live nearby but I will come out of my way to get my drink here at least 3-4 times a week in the morning because they’re just the best. The girls are all so sweet, they’re quick, and they make the best blended lotus which is basically what I get every time. I started coming here when I had a newborn and I needed to get out of the house in the morning, and now he’s 10 months old and I’m still addicted.
