The workers here must be under the influence. I love bdubs and always order doordash but somehow every single time they manage to mess something up in the order.

That was disgusting!
I ordered 10 gold fire chicken wings for carry out. I took it home and ate couple of them then I found a bird's feather firmly attached and cooked with together one of the wings. I almost threw up and felt stomach sick. I will never ever eat anything from this place again. That was disgusting!!

Service from back of house. Horrible. Got all huffy when confronted with poorly packaged food to go. Tried giving a single cup of sauce. Wings still had stubs of the feathers on it. For thirty wings. Front of house did a good job

I am a fan of Buffalo Wings I love their wings but my last orders have gone wrong, the wings still had feathers and my burger came out raw immediately my stomach felt it right now I am having nausea and stomach pain 🥹 I hope this doesn't get worse

This is one of the few restaurants where you don't want to return. Slow service and biased attitude towards both clients and couriers

Buffalo Wild Wings is your typical chain. The food is decent most of the time, but some nights can be hit or miss. It’s not fine dining, it’s wings, beer, and sports. Not every employee is going to bring high class skills or effort. People love it until they have one bad experience, then it’s suddenly a one-star review. Low-class food for low-class expectations, so don’t expect gourmet. For what it is, it’s fine.

Chain places like Buffalo Wild Wings used to be great because you knew exactly what you were going to get, and it was going to be at a reasonable price. The reasonable price part of that statement has gone out the window where BWW is concerned. I only went to this location because I received a $25 gift card at a work function, and I decided to take my son out to dinner. We ordered a 10 original and 15 boneless wings, a queso app, and I had a beer and he had a fountain drink. The bill came back and it was $65. The beer was $8. The 15 wing plate was $18. BWW has also shrunken the size of their boneless wings down to the point where they're basically popcorn chicken bites.

The service was fine. The food was exactly what you'd expect outside of the ludicrously small boneless wings. The prices of the entire menu have been inflated to beyond insane for this level of dining. We won't be going back because it's pointless and any draw that this place had has now completely vanished, destroyed by the overinflated ridiculous prices.

Vegetarian options: It's a buffalo wing place. Don't.

On 11/01 I bought a 20 pack of wings and requested 4 flavors, but I only received 3. I called and asked for a refund and they didn’t sound like they wanted to give me one, instead asking if I’d like to come back and get new ones. I said no and they agreed to the refund eventually, yet I’ve not received one in 3 weeks. Won’t be coming back to this location

15 minute wait when they had 20 tables open. I don't get it. Then the cheese curds were overcooked. The wings BARELY had any sauce. They tasted old and dry. My daughters mac n cheese came in a to go cup on her plate And no they weren't out of the ACTUAL containers for them because I seen other kids with them after we had received our food. Probably the worst Buffalo wild wings we have ever been to.

Thee absolute worst service last night I ever experienced at a BWW who ever the head cook is was rude the manager doesn’t care and completely wasted 45 minutes of our time, we didn’t even want our food anymore after 3 times correcting him on what we wanted in our salads . Horrible experience, these employees and managers you have at this location need to be removed immediately , I can’t imagine how they are still even in business at this location.

Ordered the 10 boneless chicken for nearly 15 dollars is what’s given. You call that size and dried chicken 15 dollars? And oily onion rings. Do it right! Do it better!
