I don't normally do fast food, though I love jalapeño poppers (usually found at Jack in the Box, but can't justify the cost normally). But when a passenger begged me to find them a Burger King, I decided to try the jalapeño cheese potato triangle thingies they offered. The price was really reasonable... $2.99/4 pcs., or only a dollar more for double that! $3.99/8 pcs.! And WOW! They were so freakin' YUMMY! As you bit into them, the cheese literally GUSHED into your mouth. These are true Eye Poppers, and SO much yummier than the jalapeño poppers! Made me glad, for a change, to have hit a fast food drive thru'. ❤️

I'm not sure what happened, I have been ordering from this location for years and for years it was great but for the last month or two it's just been terrible.
This place cannot get my order right, burgers made wrong, ignoring you're customization or just doing a very poor job and only making it half right. The food has also been cold, Cheese not melted cold fries, onion rings and cheese sticks.
A few orders ago my wife got 17 dang pickel slices on her whopper! That's not a mistake it's some one deliberately messing up people's food.
For management please look into what changed in the last few months.

I've have went there 3 times in the last year. First time everything was wrong with my meal down to the cheese on my sandwich. Second time I had to explain swiss cheese. The third time today I had to give my food back again for swiss cheese and the person who took my order didn't give me the correct change ( $3 short!) The people there are snooty rude and don't talk! Never ever again will i go back! They need alot of training in customer service!! Just horrible!

Bad experience everytime lately, nobody speaks or understands English, orders incorrect, food not hot, barely even warm. I've dinned at this very location for over 30 years and always enjoyed , but probably will dining here,, until they start making common sense again.

Horrible service. went through window at 330 pm on a Monday dining room was empty, noone else in drive through. I got to window and girl did not speak, just held her hand out. She had only told me to pull to 2nd window when I ordered. I told her, you did not tell me my total. she looked and told me, took my card, and closed the window. she swiped the card, and walked over to the line and talked to her coworker, checked her phone. could not see my credit card. she either walked away with it or left it sitting unattended. I don't know what she did with her phone while my credit card was in her custody!!! she handed me my order, then reached grabbed the receipt and my card was with it leaving me to believe my card was in her hand the whole time? I attempted to connect with survey online, it rejected all attempts. I tried to use the contact bot, but I don't know the zip code here required to communicate with that. For all I know, she is the person in charge, so calling is not really an option. So, Shitty service, shady behavior with bank card, impossible to communicate concerns one star feels high

This Burger King sucks! The lady working at the drive-through window didn’t appear to understand English, and looked at me like I was stupid. Service was extremely slow, even though there was four people standing there doing nothing and then when I did finally get my food it was cold. What happened to the days when fast food was fast? Why do I have to sit at the front window for 10 minutes waiting for a burger and fries.
I had good that being in near proximity to this location would ensure that our fries and onion rings would be piping hot by the time we got our food home just a couple blocks away. Sadly, no. The fries were barely passable and the rings were barely more than frozen (okay exaggerating here, but not by a lot). Add to that the sodas were over-carbonated (or under-syruped, take your pick), but at least the burgers were okay.
A message to the district offices yielded from them a $5 store credit to placate me, but frankly I want to know what they're going to do to improve quality control there. Sadly, this is not the first time in the handful of times we've gone thru there these last few months that something has been "off" about our order.
I won't discourage anyone from eating there, but I will warm you to keep your expectations low.

Ordered a Whopper with cheese pickles and no unions Got almost what I call a dry sandwich almost no condiments The large union rings were half full The ICE tea tasted like water with chemicals in it I was in a hurry for my lunch break and did not go back to talk with them
Will not be visiting that location again
Hope the management can make changes to improving the BK "Have it your way" I will pay for changes to my meal but when you don't receive them it feels like you got money stolen out of your pocket.
