I stopped by Burger King recently and had a really great experience overall. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared exactly the way I ordered it, which honestly made my day. The staff was friendly and moved quickly, even though the place was busy at the time. I appreciated how clean the dining area was and how smoothly everything ran. My burger tasted flavorful, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the portion size was satisfying. Honestly, best Burger King I have ever been too. I never go when it is super busy - but the staff is always friendly (as friendly as I would expect any fast food worker to be) and they always get my order right! My husband doesn't like typical sandwich sauces and I am vegan so I don't get mayo on my impossible burger. 9/10 most BK location put sauce in things even when I ask them not to. But I can trust this location to get it right.

Long as I am not setting in a drive thru for more than 4 minutes it is a good place to go fast. If I sit Longer like another I did not say anything to post because I sat at another for 7 minutes and food was cold not happy. I shall go here again fast friendly
I went thru the drive thru today and ordered a Hershey pie/cake. When I got to the second window to pick up my items the representative handed me my items noticing the pie was missing I let the attendant know she looked at the reciept and said OK handed me a Hershey pie. Me noticing that the pie was less asked how much a Hershey pie cost and she said the same 4.59 and handed me the pie. I knew this was not correct so drove my car around front, parked and told the representative that just helped me at the second window that she gave me incorrect information and that the pie was less expensive than the shake. The representative instead of apologizing she opened up the register in a tiff and handed me two dollars and went about her business. I work in customer service and felt this was very unprofessional. First I get lied to in what seemed like a way to not have to pay the difference and second not an apology or a ln explanation but attitude while handing me back the 2 dollars. I know two dollars is not a lot but I work hard for my money and to have my issue not even warrant an apology was unacceptable.

The first few months coming in here wasn't so bad it was good service customer service seems like she has an attitude I have to stand at the counter longer and while they stand around talk on their heads talking to each other and not doing anything playing on their phones and recently I ordered three spicy wraps two of them were cut in half to make two of them and they weren't eating full chicken I get speedy service but it's not customer satisfaction something needs to be done with employees that are getting employees cuz they have horrible attitudes and poor work service because some of their attitudes I get from them or sometimes I want to say something to them I just let it go but I know they're talking s*** I feel like going to take their job seriously and they think the customers are just jokes and I've been reading a lot of the negative comments I'm not the only one having this issue but there's times where I got an attitude around that story I was going to say something by just let it Go but they continue to have a horrible attitude
