I was very unhappy with the service I ordered food on the app at 3:50pm, When I got to Burger King On 2424 North Broadway I said my name I showed them a picture of the order they could not find my name either real I had a reorder everything wait for the food finally got the food and I let the lady know but it was still pending on my account but it took out the money and She was rude and walked away so hopefully I get my money back $41.03 Not happy

Ordered a ham and cheese croissant and a coke, a very easy order and they still got it wrong. They gave me a bacon and cheese croissant instead. This is unacceptable and happening here too often. Must be another situation with an absentee owner.
None of the employees speak fluent English or understand fluent English the only employee that works there that actually speaks fluently and understands fluently and is amazing at their job and goes above and beyond is the male manager the women that work there are very rude and disrespectful and they do not listen to you when you're ordering and cause you to have a lot of mistakes on your order which causes it to take longer to actually get the correct things ordered and cooked they also like to pick and choose who they allowed to use the restroom while they say it's out of order they pretty much go above and beyond to be rude and disrespectful to almost every single customer that walks through that door or goes through their drive-thru I've never had such horrible service at a fast food restaurant until I came to the Broadway Burger King in Everett, WA

I just bought the worst cheeseburger I have ever bitten in to. SO BAD. Also, the fries were cold. Not lukewarm - cold. Go to Wendy's. They are by far superior.*thin flavorless patty, forgot to put cheese on the cheeseburger, lettuce, onions, and mayonaisse were a goopy blob all together instead of being spread/layered/placed, therefore fell off the burger in one goopy blob, so much bun versus patty, it was all ice cold. Clearly those thin flavorless (not even flavorless really, it just tastes so bad) pattys are microwaved.
