It's a burger gacha as most BKs tend to be. Did they get the order right? Did they actually make a Triple Whopper w/Triple Cheese? Who knows! It is kinda fun though, because I like the taste anyway

Multiple mistakes. Got one large meal fries half full, burger should have came with two cheese slices only had one, asked for ranch did not receive.

Delivery drivers this place is awesome. They have your food ready usually no problems picking up is not ever really a long wait time or anything like that and I atmosphere is nice. The people are nice in foods usually ready to go.

Can't even get inside. They've been barring the door closed even though their hours state they're open when I arrive at 7:30am, lobby sign says open at 6. Two days in a row. I can't take my vehicle through the drive thru. I called in to ask why, and they said they would open in a few minutes. Never did. Incredibly unprofessional.

Found out that Burger King will no longer have a kid-friendly area. They are closing the play area permanently. In turn, I will no longer be eating at Burger King as I can't enjoy the same love I once did with my child when it comes to the atmosphere and Burger King.

The 2 teenagers in that work drive thru were very rude and disrespectful . They mistakenly gave our food to the wrong person and refused to remake it. Despite asking us to drive around and get back in line ..promising to make it and have it ready the 2nd time around. It was 20min in line . Bad customer service .
Managers were so great. Husband called ahead because I was trying to collect all the Addams Family toys and they went above and beyond. Food is always good at this location and dining room very clean! We like to dine in when we go and appreciate the cleanliness!
Quality has plummeted in the last several years. Dry outdated buns, etc... they got my simple order of one thing wrong! I love LOVE Whoppers and I'm so sad that they're going out
