This is the worst experience I have in a fast food restaurant. Early Saturday morning went drive thru to get some breakfast. This guys who’s taking my order is very rude. (I think he hates his job). He told me to go park my car cause they’re still cooking the food. But the whole conversation from him was just very unprofessional. Parked my car then after a few minutes he came out and hand me my CRUMPLED BAG OF FOOD and coffee. This freaking worker didn’t closed the coffee lid tightly and it hit my window and spill all over me and my car seat. This worker didn’t do shit he just walked away like nothing happened. Very unprofessional. IM NEVER COMING BACK IN THIS BK.

We will not be going back here anytime soon. And that really sucks because this has been the only bk in the area you could count on. Absolutely terrible experience this morning. Ordered online (which means they can't even refund you when you decide you'd rather just not take their food and go to McDonald's). It took FOREVER to get our food. Probably 30 40 minutes. They didn't have any biscuits at 9:00 in the morning The manager was not available for another 40 minutes or something. So we decided to just take the food, cold and not the way we wanted it, because you can't get refund when their app is ran by someone else, and get home it's missing stuff! Absolutely ridiculous.

The food was good. The service was fine. But not having the playground available for kids was unpleasant. In the 20 minutes we were there two families turned around because the inconvenience. And we would of left if we would of known that area isn't available to your customers. Hopefully they'll open that area soon.
Good sandwiches, fries and tots could be made more fresh. Quick and reasonably priced.

At 6am A hooded Hispanic male short mustache, hat, gold sweatshirt , grey pants tried to rob me. I called the 🚨 police and he ran when the cops showed up. He's in a dark car. Avoid him at all costs.
