Play place is more broken than a McDonalds Ice Cream machine. I don’t know when it’s ever open, every time I’ve gone it’s been closed. They even blocked the doors with the garbage bins to prevent entry, which probably means it’s out of commission for days at a time at least.

Picked up drive thru 3/10/24 during the evening. The person who handed me my food just gave me an akward stare and I knew something was wrong. When I got home, the burgers were ice cold and the large fry box was barely half full and stuffed with napkins. That's just what I could see. I hope they didn't mess with my food in much worse ways. It would explain the weird eye contact. Stocky guy, looked quite a bit older then the rest of the crew. In the past I haven't gotten food this bad from this location. The one time was enough, I hope people stay away if that's what they hire.

Been inside waiting for 25 min nobody in line. Everyday at 10 am. And barely speaks English. Screws up my order almost every time.
The employees here almost ALWAYS get my order wrong or it's cold by the time I get home from the 2 minute drive to my house. Go the the one by Tom thumb they are so much better.

We chose this place because the kids wanted to play. The play area was closed. Our food was soggy, the iced coffee was watered down, and it was just a lackluster experience.The one bright spot is that you can substitute a burger patty on the breakfast sandwiches, which is great, because I really, really dislike ham, sausage and bacon.Kid-friendliness: It's not kid friendly.
