We ordered a Texas Burger meal but it didn’t come with bacon. Wife finished half without knowing it should have bacon in it - well too bad it’s half finished so we didn’t ask for it but we’ll go on here so the management could improve customers’ experience. I ordered dine in but they didn’t call my name or order. I gotta walk up and ask for it and it was Togo. Other tables have trays and all, we were having bags.

Every single time I go there every SINGLE time they mess up my order always fries missing always orders missing this time it was the same but gave me the order infront of the person? How does that even happen. Horrible service in drive thru

We ordered the famous Sponge Bob meal and was let down. They gave us regular whoppers ( didn’t bother telling us that they don’t have it or whatever) they forgot all our sides. The food that we did get was cold and stale. Never ordering from this location again. Drive to a different location!!!

I went through the drive-thru earlier and ordered, a #1 The whopper with cheese, (no mayo, no pickles, no onions, no tomatoes. Got home and gave my husband the burger and everything I said I do not want they gave 😤. And the burger was cold. I live only 2 minutes away driving. I'm sure they gave me someone's burger that was sitting there. I'm never going bk.

UPDATE, I just stopped to get some food i walked inside the door was unlocked and went to the counter and our wonderful hostess Francis was there to greet us i started to tell her our order and she cut me off and said i couldn't order inside it was closed i said we just walked in and the door was open and unlocked and she still said we couldn't order inside we had to go thru the drive thru i said ok were walking but we will go through drive thru and she said we couldn't order anything unless we were driving a car thru the drive thru again i said we was walking and were inside now why couldn't we order she just wasn't going to let us order anything inside like we were or anyway then because we didnt drive and thats the only way we could order food, what a business this is im so upset Francis needs some customer service skills training thats not how you bring in business by turning people away like Francis did or does I was going to spend probably 40.00 on food there I don't think I will or would ever go there again and im recommending everyone else eat someplace else this is not the place to spend your money if you do you will probably regret it like the last couple times I tried to eat here and it didn't work out for me but if you do decide to good luck but don't waste your time and money here. I'm not impressed, I stopped to get a couple Burgers and I asked to get them hot of the broiler 'fresh hot' and the fries the same. Well that didn't happen I was in the drive thru because you still can't eat inside and i was around the 9th or 10th car in line and when I finally ordered my food asked for it to be cooked fresh off the broiler because i like my food hot or warm, Around 15 minutes in line I got to the window and my food was waiting for me I asked if my order was cooked fresh 'hot off the broiler' the girl working the window assured me it was I paid for the food and drove away and parked and the food was all cold not even warm and the doors into Burger King are all locked only drive thru was open so it was either go back in drive thru line wait another 15-20 minutes and try again for warm food I decided to call inside and see if they could do something without me waiting in the drive thru line but there phone went to answering machine and there answering machine was full so I couldn't even leave a message I tried 6 times with no answer and I couldn't leave a message so I left with my cold $19.67 worth of cold food. NICE JOB BURGER KING

Went there to get a BOGO deal and forgot to give the second burger when it was confirmed that the promotion was still happening. Tried calling the store multiple times but no one answers the damn phone. I was just there 10mins ago you’re not that busy.
