Food is like normal fast food, drive through pretty fast. The time I went in to the dining area it was filthy though and they need to do something about the drugged out zombies haunting the drive thru area though…right smack dab in the tweeker pit

They can never get an order right. Every single time I’ve ordered something a large chunk of my order is missing. They refuse to correct it and offer coupons for their mistakes not a partial refund for what they didn’t deliver

They obviously like to pay more attention to the drive-through and then they do the front area and they're very disrespectful and made a disabled person weight for 20 minutes you guys need to hire people that are more attentive

I placed two online delivery orders for $30 each and neither were delivered! The store hung up on me after saying to call the place I ordered through, even though I ordered through their app! DoorDash called and said they were trying to deliver one but the address was wrong and to contact Burger King for a refund. Burger King will not refund either orders that were never delivered! Now I’m out of $60 and I couldn’t feed my kids! Worst by far experience I have ever had with any Burger King location!

When you don’t ask for any sauce - they give you some BBQ sauce.
When you ask for any other sauce - they give you some BBQ sauce.
When you ask them to not give BBQ sauce - they give you some BBQ sauce.
I don’t know what’s wrong with them.

This location is the worst service burger king there is. They have rude employees both at the drive thru and inside. I have nothing against people of different cultures. Yet if they are going to work in a customer service position they need to have knowledge to communicate in different language. And understand what your ordering. Then follow thru with reasonable requests.
I ordered a whopper extra mayonnaise I got a whopper no mayonnaise I asked for my wife's chicken sandwich be fresh that we had no problem with waiting if need be. Only to get treated rude by the drive thru. Like it was a ton of extra work to make a sandwich fresh. The food was horrible.

Restaurant was dirty. No one seemed to be running the front. It seemed like I was a burden to the employees by asking a question about food before ordering and later asking for a straw because they were all out.
Food was pretty terrible, I couldn't even finish my meal. I took it to go so I couldn't ask for a refund but by the attitude of some of the employees it would have been more of a hassle than it was worth.

When a customer walks in, & stands there for 10mins, then has to say something to be acknowledged,
he can do without the attitude for just tryin to order a sandwich,& eat before his lunchbreak is over!

Avoid the place. The drug use is out of control there. A designated covered area near trash cans and right next to the drive through is full of drug use. Who knows what kind of smoke made it in my window because of it. Terrible place. Health risk at minimum.

It's a mess. Who wants to pull forward and park next to a trash can to wait for an app order made the wrong way, not right away? Especially when their are no other customers! Apparently, you have to order napkins also

I placed an online order for dine in and arrived about 10 minutes before order completion time. I told the young man working the counter my name and he said he would bring it out to me when it was ready. My husband arrived shortly after and I wanted to wash my hands now that he had arrived to wait for our food. It took my husband asking 8 times to get someone to open the bathroom door. The two men working the counter would not even speak to him. They literally just ignored him. I was finally letting into the bathroom and thanked him, he ignored me as well. My husband asked for the manager on duty and the younger man kept asking "Why? What for"? He then indicated the other young man was the manager and when asked if he was, he shook his head no and the other one just shrugged his shoulders. We never did get a manager. I had to ask for my order, that by now was 15 minutes past the time to pick it up. The bags were smashed down and the food was smashed. We asked for a courtesy cup for ice and was told they no longer have them. I saw one given to the customer ahead of me. The employee then said that they don't have courtisy cups, you have to pay for them. That was fine, we didn't mind paying for it. The treatment we received was absolutely disgusting. The behavior of the two men representing the business was so offensive and unacceptable. I am 46 years old, my husband is 60. We were so disrespected. That was one of the worst display of " customer service" I have ever experienced. The two men working are very sorry representatives of the business. We will never go back to that restaurant.

I ordered a $5 your way meal with Diet Coke and chicken sandwich. I went thru the drive thru The guy working could barely speak English. He gave 2 chicken wraps. I told him that’s not what I ordered and he argued with me. I could barely u destined what he was saying. I have no issue with different languages. I do have issue when they can’t communicate enough to understand your order
