I walked in to Buzz Inn and was waiting for someone to help me. When I have come in there in the past, I received great service but today, I did not receive service in a timely manner. I finally walked over to the area nearest the kitchen and I informed a waitress I needed to sit down and she told me to sit down where ever and she will take my order. I did at my usual place with five seats since I sat there last week twice. I looked around for a booth and there were two booths available but have not been cleaned off. She finally came over and she informed me this is reserved for five individuals. I informed the waitress I sat there twice last week to watch the big screen TV and they did not tell me to move then. She was surprised I sat there. I got up and informed her I needed to look at the TV because of the football games. She was going to sit me in a chair. I informed her I cannot sit in a chair. So she sat me back at the table with five places to sit. A few minutes later another waitress with glasses informed me I will not be served at this table and she walked away. I informed her I sat there two times last week. I walked out informing the original waitress I was a DAV and left. I am above the age of 65 and there is no respect for older people and does not understand that some people could have many disabilities at my age and I do.

We were ignored for over 30 minutes when told to find a seat. Got up to try to rider at the counter still not having drink or even taken. Was told to have a seat but requested again to order food.

My server was really nice and friendly Mexican girl , who did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and was patient and friendly

I got to try their breakfast today — super good! My omelet was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Buzz Inn Steakhouse in Everett has that warm, mountain-lodge vibe — you almost feel like you’ve stepped into a ski cabin, especially with the big stone fireplace adding to the atmosphere. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer.
I’ve been here for dinner too — the steak with mashed potatoes was cooked just right and hit the spot after a long day. Between the friendly service, hearty portions, and warm lodge feel, Buzz Inn is the kind of place that keeps you coming back. Breakfast or dinner, you really can’t go wrong here.
