Honestly, it just depends on when you come here. My mom and I have come here randomly over the past few years. Sometimes the service is great, other times it's mediocre, never bad. The food pretty good, never have I been disappointed, or gotten food poisoning. The prices have gone up, but where hasn't. And the bathrooms are clean. We try to avoid the "rush" though. I would assume that shouldnt dictate whether or not the the service I good or bad, but nowadays...

Salad with honey mustard simple but delicious . Had to send the steak back cuz it came out Well done! And I ordered medium rare.
This is making me late for my appointment. And But overall, the salad in the loaded baked potato hit the spot.
