The worst service ever. Please don’t ever order from this restaurant. They literally screw up the simplest order and then say you’re insulting their kitchen when pointing out mistakes. Try someplace else. Trash food.

Went here recently with some friends and the big buff bartender was pretty sassy… He was a bit rude with his responses whenever we asked questions. He rolled his eyes a couple times. I honestly think he is (potentially) homophobic. He seemed to avoid direct eye contact with some of us there (who are gay and lesbian) and didn’t directly talk to some of us. It felt like he wasn’t interested in serving us. Food was great, no complaints there. Cool bar, just not a great server nor service. I just wouldn’t be comfortable having him as my server again.

My new "spot". The atmosphere is really great, the food is awesome and the drinks are well priced! If your looking for a classic bar atmosphere with amazing food. This is the place. I highly recommend the house made potato chips with caso dip!

Definitely the worst customer service I ever found by a waitress I was setting by the darts section she came twice she was talking to everyone and ignored my table I have to go ti the bar and ask Jose the bartender to take care of us Definitely they lost a good tip I could expend more money but I closed my bill at 125 $ sorry but with waitress like that I don't think these is a great to eat and drink
It's hard to write reviews that seem to have negetive impact. However, this place would be much better off without the consistent negetive influence of a select few managers. I've dined here for lunch on multiple occasions around 30 or so but enough is enough. The server who handles the lower portion for Wednesday lunch is just downright awful, unprofessional and frankly quite rude. As a customer I don't demand anything other than respect and courtesy. I feel like until these issues are resolved there will be no change. Which is disappointing as a whole- our network has really enjoyed the food. But service can be better.
