The new mocktail Espresso Martini Cold Brew was wonderful. The service was excellent. She was friendly and provided choices. It was nice to experience great customer service as we waited at the Amtrak Everett station.

i was running a little early this morning and decided to get coffee here instead of at work, and this might be one of the worst espresso drinks ive ever had. its too bitter and too acidic at the same time. seems like they need to redial their grinder, because ive had good espresso from a different diedrich location. i wouldve thrown this drink out if i hadnt spent over $7 on a 12oz. i guess this is my lesson to not pay for coffee when i could make it better myself if i wait 15 minutes

If a place is going to perpetually complain about being “low on change” and discouraging cash payments, they shouldn’t also be charging a credit card fee. You can’t have it both ways.
Also, really high prices, even for being in a station. Would not recommend.

I just came for a visit from North Dakota and out of all the places I visited so far this is my absolute favorite the drink was amazing the food delicious and the customer service was so amazing I felt immediately at home
I was a security guard around the area and went here at least 3 times a week. Always getting basically the same thing every time. The employees there are very nice and friendly. I would like to thank everyone of them for a great experience. I will not be coming for a while as my security guard site has changed, and I will not be there now. Hope to see you all again sometime!🫡😁

Hannah had an impeccable customer service. The line was too long and I see ahead and observed how does she manage the people who was amazing because even they no nice people she left them super happy. She moved the line really fast and didn’t let her affect her Experience to damage the rest of the customers. She read us with the biggest smile and ready to serve. My coffee was make it beyond perfect. Are you asking about the company and if he was just only gonna stand, she knows what all the other stands are and how far from here and ask a few questions and let me happy. We was are grumpy and mean to the people who service and it’s difficult to see people take it and keep going amazing Hannah congratulations ethics customer service you managed your stand really really well

The baristas there have the best attitude. They are superstars. I’d love to drop some by name, but I value their privacy. The baristas know who the rockstars are. I go almost everyday, and am not afraid to try their new drinks. They turn out well every time.
