The morning shift manager is not good. He divides the work unevenly. He specializes in heavy and difficult tasks for Asian workers, and easy tasks and light tasks are reserved for Asian workers. The person who shares the same language with him is Spanish! I hope HR will review what he's doing. A nightmare job for people who don't know much English, the company is very good but the shift manager is not good!

Its ashamed that I actually like the job itself but theres way too much sneaky drama with some supervisors. Can easily get fired for absolutely no reason at all and out of nowhere, especially by Rob Carratello. When reported the situation to the owner and HR, I basically hear nothing back that actually solves the problem, or they just dont care to handle the situation. Which leads to Casade Coffee actually don't care about Temp workers at all. . strongly recommend to work and grab service elsewhere. I know there's a better place than this one

A truly awful company. They abuse their own workforce, the people I met there looked like ghouls, as if they had not slept for weeks. Abusive employment is close to slavery.
