Their online store is quite convenient and has all the information about brewing times, etc. They are kind and have helped me with reminders about events in town when I've had an order to pick up. It's not often that we make trips up to Everett but when we do, this shop is a must-visit for us. Friendly owners, unique selection that includes a lot of spices and non-tea options, and good prices for a lot of staples. Their Blueberry Pie green tea is one of our favorites.

Such a delightful store! Came in while visiting from out of town and had to grab several 1 oz of different teas to take home and try. Also got a tea brewed, I forgot the name sadly, but it was a yummy green tea. The owner brewed and measured out all my selections (definitely grabbed at least 7 different types to take home). He was very helpful and gave some recommendations. Maya was a cute addition to the store as well. I’ll definitely come again and will order from the website with any new favorites that I discover!!

When I was doing some pickling this past summer, I wanted to try a different spice recipe, but didn't want to buy a lot of each of the ingredients. I called Chai Cupboard & gave them the spice recipe & they were able to put it together for me. It was a great help to me!I can always count on Chai Cupboard for good quality herbs & spices. It's wonderful having a local resource for teas, too. I no longer have to put up with low quality (& expensive) grocery store spices, nor drive to Seattle for a nice selection of loose leaf teas. Wonderful location, with ample on-street parking, too!
