Had lunch here for the first time. We came because of the reviews online and glad we did, we were not disappointed - the FRIES, oooo yum! We had a french dip and a club sandwich - nice portions and good! Great homey atmosphere. Lovely server and the owner could not be nicer - we learned he was an Everett local, nice! The place is spit-spot and you can tell there's a pride in ownership. Next time we're in Everett we will definitely be back to Colby Diner for those FRIES!

Absolutely delicious. The chicken fried steak, the waffle, the French toast, the blackberry jam. The service was wonderful. It felt like home.

Omg me and my wife stopped by yesterday. For somebody who has very bad PTSD from military. This place I felt welcomed and loved. The energy was fantastic. The food was amazing. Mr Mike pancakes are touched by an old southern grandmother. The coffee was top tier. I would be back almost every sat. The sweet lady greets you with a smile. This place is amazing. They are doing business right and not only me and my wife will be back Iโ€™m telling everybody about this gem on Colby.

The Colby Diner has only existed for about 12 years, but it feels like a relic for my childhood. It is very much a diner. The food feels classic, as does the atmosphere.

Great breakfast and friendly people. There was a man that was a frequent patron and we had a fun conservation and the man that took my order volunteers there. There was only us two patrons at one point, so he fixed himself food and sat to visit also.

Some of the best french toast I have ever had. This is my favorite breakfast spot in Everett. I come here everytime I visit. It is run by a nice gentleman in kitchen. Would recommend every day of the year

What an absolute gem of a breakfast diner. Its small but homely. We were greeted by the owner and what appeared to be local regulars. The prices are a little higher than most typical breakfast joints but the portion sizes and quality of food were well worth the price. The food and service is made and provided with love and passion. This is a must visit in Everett.

I enjoyed a late breakfast. I found this classic American diner by chance, and glad I did! Not spacious, but friendly and highly recommended.
