My boys love Costco hotdogs. They will never have another one at this location again due to the absolutely horrid customer service we had today. We ordered our food. There was zero sense of urgency on the part of the staff. Very, very slow and lethargic. They prepped a ton of hotdogs for all of the orders, then set them in a big pile on the counter to get cold. Orders were filled not a little out of order but VERY out of order. We waited so long that we finally decided to just sit down. When they finally called our number, my son wanted to go pick up the order. They gave him a ton of grief, saying they called our number six times (they called it three times in rapid succession). Even with the receipt for our order, they refused to give him our food- and then kept calling our number. They were horribly rude with obviously no one to answer to. I wouldn't return here if it was the last place on earth to get a hotdog.

Absolutely rude and terrible customer service from the gentlemen doing whole pizza pick up. After waiting half an hour, I went to ask how far my pizza was in the wait and he said "I just got back. We'll call you when it's up" and essentially brushed me away. I waited another half an hour as I kept hearing numbers much higher than mine and approached the pick up window to ask again. he avoided eye contact with me and started busying himself with other tasks. I basically had to yell so he could hear me "hey just checking again on the status" and he ignored me. The lady next to me asked how long I had been waiting and I said "an hour" and she said "oh normally it's just 20 mins" so I flagged another employee who said they must have called my number already. Yet I was waiting the whole time at the same spot (next to pick up window where they're yelling numbers). I had heard them repeat other numbers but certainly not mine. At least the lady employee was nice enough to talk to me and apologize, and gave me a pizza. BOO to the other guy! Don't work in service industry if you're going to be a dick!

Food is great as always, we've been ordering food here for years. Only issue is the service. The team at this food court (Supervisor Lanning) needs more training and thus his staff.

Costco has really improved their fruit smoothie and if you haven't gotten one in a few years like I hadn't, then you are missing out because it is no longer a very berry smoothie with a strong syrupy taste, it's fresh and fruity and dare I say somewhat healthy! I'm late to the change but so glad I found out and will definitely be getting it more now. Their food court is outside the warehouse so super convenient if you just want to pop by for a snack. This food court specifically tends to let me down though. Every time I order just a whole pizza it comes out in ok time. But if I order a whole pizza and a drink or churro, I will usually be skipped when the pizza orders are coming out and I have to ask for my order to which they usually just hand me a pizza from the rack. So tip: if you are ordering a whole pizza and some other things, order the pizza separate.

Much like other Costco Food Courts, great for snacks, meals, take outs,... Layout is better that it doesn't block traffic inside the store, and its floor space is wide, not narrow like many other stores. More review later...
