I ordered a blizzard with M&Ms and unfortunately there was no M&Ms or cookie dough. Very unfortunate… I don’t mind paying the extra fee that was charged of .79 but not getting what I wanted is very frustrating.

I requested my daughter's birthday cake on Nov 14 with a requested pick-up date of 11/29 at 3pm. When I arrived, I was told by the owner that she thought the cake wasn't due until Sunday. I had to show her the confirmation email showing 11/29 at 3pm. The cake wasn't even STARTED. The Mgr literally told me "3 minutes" for the amount of time it would take her to decorate the cake. We waited patiently.
Once she was done, she rang me up at full price ($38). I refused to pay full price for HER mistake. She tried to tell me, "$3 is all I can do," (because that's her profit on the cake) and I told her that I didn't think I should have to pay at all. She refused to give me the cake for free. We haggled and ultimately settled on $27 total, which was still WAY MORE than I should have been paying. I will *NOT* be returning to this particular location for an ice cream cake again. Pictures attached showing what the cake was supposed to look like and then what we actually received. I would definitely NOT recommend this location to anyone.
The only "good" thing(s) I could say about my experience is at least we could read the writing on the cake, and my daughter loved it. So thanks for that, I guess.

Chicken strips are tiny
We arrived and were unaware they were closed. The man called us up to the window as we had been sitting at the microphone for a few minutes. He informed us that he was closed but that he would gladly take our order it it was just dessert. Just thought it was really cool he took our order even though they were closed.

We been going to the 128th DQ for about 15 years plus. She knows exactly what we like. Very hard working people that own the 128th DQ and Woodinville DQ. And now the Marysville DQ.

Went for a Blizzard. It was fine, not the best but hit the spot. The service was excellent. I'm glad they stopped doing that upside down cup thing, I'm not a fan of people playing with my food before serving it to me. Used the drive thru.

Staff sounds like they don't want to be there and are about to fall asleep while taking your order, you can barely hear them. I paid almost $40 for 2 meals to not even get my drinks and the toast tastes old and has a gummy texture. Will definitely not be coming back to this location.
