We usually always come here during the late overnight hours, seating is immediate and food doesn't take too long. Kelly is an awesome waitress, always smiling, always attentive and will always make fresh hot coffee if the pot has sat around too long. We appreciate that. The restroom is clean and always stocked. You can't go wrong with the $2,4,6,8 menu! The cheese-stick grilled cheese with wavy cut fries is the bomb!

My husband and I asked to be seated in a quieter area and then they sat a party of 16 right beside our booth. I have bad anxiety and I did my best to stay calm. The food took awhile to come out but it was pretty good. Waitress seemed more interested in serving the party and ignored is until we flagged her down for refills and boxes. I'm sure it wasn't personal but Everytime we go here it's the same..we get ignored.

Food was good, a little bit on the greasy side, but good. I had a double cheese burger, fries, and a side of onion rings. The portions were large, the burger was huge. Service was also good.

Took my kids in for kids eat free Tuesday. It was nice. Service was good. Seemed they might be kind of sort staffed but once we got seated it wasn't an issue at all. They weren't super busy so it was nice and quiet "other than my kids" and our food got to us super quick and it was good. I had the salmon, flavor was great. Waitress, Gloria, was excellent and did very well with my kids (there are 4 of them and they're a handful). I have been iffy about this location since a few years back but it's the closest to home now and it was a good experience all around.

This is my second time here in two weeks and I have to say that the service is pretty meh. Everyone was nice but there is definitely no rush to seat people or cash out. It took an awkwardly long time to be seated even though I was the only one waiting. The last time I was in it took almost 10 minutes just to pay and there were a lot of people waiting because someone was trying to do an over the phone order. Some servers seem to work really hard while others stand around. Just my observation but I think that there are some kinks to work out with the staff. Overall everyone was really nice and friendly.

Service was slow waitress took 20 minutes to even get our drinks. Food was good but a small quantity not compared to usual. Waitress was high on some kind of drug could not keep focused. Management needs to do something with the smell of the store when you first walk in. Smells like sewer or septic. Quality needs to be back like it used to be.

Worst service ever.! They forgot to put my order in and after 30 minutes she told me she couldn't find the cook.? I can't believe it. Would not recommend this place at all.

Too much oil! A pool of oil on the bottom of any dish is not healthy and makes food soggy. The service was very good but considering it was a meatless dish, the cost was a bit more than I would expect.
