We haven't been to a Denny's in decades. We just stumbled into the 128th Denny's and it felt so comfortable and then we lucked out getting Gloria as our waitress. She was so kind and took excellent care of us. On our way out we looked at each other and said we need to be regulars here. Thanks Gloria, Harold and Marie

The food was classic Denny’s and great value. Our server was amazing we were seated immediately and attended to, the food didn’t take long and tasted great. The restaurant was clean with a good vibe and the staff were actively keeping it clean. It was a good restaurant.

After walking in the door , we watched 2 employees folding silverware in napkins. One finally grabbed a couple menus. We waited in an almost empty restaurant for a while. I ordered blueberry pancakes either blueberries and whipcream. Husband ordered an omelette. We both said we might have this pie if we’re still Hungary. Food took forever and Neal’s food was missing fruit mine was missing butter, blueberries & whip cream. I asked to talk to a manager and this man came out and said what’s wrong. After explaining he brought a bowl of fruit and me some blueberries… no whip cream no apology. The pie that we might have was delivered with our food. By the time we ate it was a melted plate of goo. I wanted to stop here right after chemo because the last time was such a different experience. The waiter didn’t understand us and if that’s the issue higher people who does understand English. To the manager that didn’t introduce himself, if your going to right a wrong situation bring out the right food not just what you want to bring. We were not asking for free food, just wanted what we ordered, and after talking to the manager that didn’t happen either. We left our cookie dough pie which turned into a melted goo on the table. I don’t reccomend this restaurant to anyone. You have a server that is very quiet & a manager that is uncaring. If a guest is unhappy with the food ordered ask to bring out a new breakfast as ordered not just carry out what was forgoyten by the cook or by the server. Admit fault and apologize and make you feel like your business matters. We pay top money for sub par food. If that’s your type of dining experience Dennys on 128 will be able to accommodate you, We actually like our food to arrive as ordered. I’m sure today was our final visit to aDenny’s on 128th. What a disappointment! I would pick anyplace else to eat and let Dennys work harder on getting it right. Lori Miller
