You talk to a robot to try to order the food and they won't take cash, but then you get hung up on. It's too difficult to get my order in lol twenty minutes to order a pizza? Disappointing Experience Today
I’ve been a regular at Domino’s, and usually, the service is great, but today was a huge letdown. I picked up my order through the pick-up window, and when I asked the employee about the ranch dressing I’d also ordered, she responded with a clearly irritated attitude, saying it was on top of the boxes. At the time, I couldn’t even see them, so it felt rude and dismissive.
When I got home and opened the pizza, one of them had strange white spots on top that turned out to be Parmesan cheese – not a topping I ordered. When I picked it up, the cheese was crumbly and not the usual texture, which made it look and taste off.
Normally, I’m happy with my experiences here, but this visit was really disappointing. I hope it was just a one-off, but I’ll think twice before coming back for a while.

Domino's made it up for it on my next delivery. Very hot foods Pizza looked like it came straight out of a commercial.
I can't comment on the atmosphere, I've never been inside. Walking by a few times,it appeared to be clean and employees working - with or without customers. I appreciate those kind of employees. I used to be one of those for a burger joint. Always something to do in any establishment!
