Placed a doordash order, forgot to include a topping on a 2 topping pizza. I get it, my bad. Assuming the simple mistake could be rectified, I called the store. The kid who answered was completely unwilling to put the topping on the pizza because it was ordered through DD despite it having no effect on the price. He clearly just didn't want to do it. This is the type of customer service you can expect at this location. Petty, lazy and childish. So here is my petty review. Consider trying Beverly Pizza, it's much better quality and the people aren't idiots.

App and online isn't submitting, called to confirm order, wasn't there. First person hung up when I couldn't understand him, second didn't find it, but didn't offer to take my order or give me the opportunity to ask them too, told me to have a nice day and hung up. As a food service worker, bad food service.

The pizza seemed to have half the usual amount of cheese. There were about 6 people behind the counter but I guess no manager because there's no way my pizza passed any kind of QC inspection.

I placed an order for delivery to my house.
The pasta arrived without any sauce and looked very dry, which was disappointing. Additionally, the pizza box was pressed into the pizza, affecting its presentation. Despite these issues, the pizza tasted good. I just wish more care had been taken with the packaging and overall quality.

Ordered online. New York pizza with garlic parm sauce. Chicken and bacon toppings. Received a thin crust, regular red sauce, bacon only.
They are always friendly and ensure I have everything. I always get pineapple on my pizza and the never gripe about it :-D In all seriousness thought, friendly, courteous, always wants to take care of you, and... oh yeah, the pizza comes out great! Thank you!

Okay okay I had to delete my review because it was a book I was so frustrated Domino's has pissed me off many times by forgetting the ingredients inside the breads whether they forgot the sauce or half of my toppings whatever it may be may have done it well but the last couple years they have actually gotten better
