LOVE this dutch bros. Every time I go the employees are so nice and always seem like they want to be there and enjoy it! Sometimes it can get really busy and can take a little bit to get drinks but most of the time I go it’s not busy and I get my drinks quick! I have loved everything I’ve tried to far. Everything tastes so good!!

Woke up about 7am today and headed out shortly after for an Annihilator, to only be disappointed. It was coffee and milk. I did not taste any chocolate or macadamia nuts. Wish I had tasted it prior to leaving so that I could have got it corrected or adjusted the tip. A male took my order, but the gal working, who made the drink did not seem to want to be there and could have been why an easy order was made incorrectly. ??♀️?

I wish there was a Dutch Bros in Seattle. We make the trek on weekends up to Everett. Every time we come here, James remembers us and is sooo friendly. He is great at his job and even stopped a homeless person from harassing all of the cars (ours included). I like to get a blended palm beach rebel, and my son loves their tropical iced green tea. My only qualm with Dutch Bros is their app- it has bugs all the time. I got kicked out of my app where I had a reward and cannot regain access. Technicalities aside, the drinks are yummy and James really makes it worthwhile coming here. He deserves a raise! I am just so impressed by his superior customer service. It does not compare to anything else!!!

OMG? From Canada. 2 kid smoothies, 1 vanilla latte, 1 Chai and 1 bobba... $35!! Even worse, caffeine drinks were watery and no one rated their drink above a 5 out of 10 (I can do better at home). Learned an expensive lesson.

Love this place. The staff is friendly and quick. I love that they walk the line taking orders so hour drinks are ready when you get to the window. And seriously, who doesnt love a Dutch windmill. :-)
