This one time I brought their house fried rice to a family party but I guess 3 other people had the same idea to bring fried rice so we had 4 different fried rice. My contribution had no leftovers. Everyone else's fried rice was put to shame and embarrassment.

This place is consistently delicious. The kung Pao is spicy, fresh veggies, always piping hot, and has good portions and price. The thing that sticks out to me is the attention to detail by the chef. Healthy white meat chicken. The veggies have some perfect char spots and they are crispy. Parchment paper is between the saucy chicken and the take out container.. Protection from getting the plastic too hot and leaking harmful chemicals into your food. Most places do not care. They also provide extra kung Pao sauce in case you want more.. Again, thoughtful. Then you get a delicious salad on top of it all. I will only buy my kung Pao from Echigo Teriyaki. ECHIGO takes pride in their food.

I gotta admit I was shocked by the huge portion sizes! Being near Seattle I figured I was paying the North West price for an average size dinner. The three dishes we tried were flavorful and hot (cold in the case of the sushi). Would certainly recommend.

Went to pick up Uber order and the order had been ready. She decided to tell me to wait and helped every other customer instead of just handing it to me. Wasted 5 minutes just standing around which while delivering for Uber eats salary is so dependent on timelines. IF THE ORDER IS READY, SENT IT OFF!!
