Sadly, kind of disappointed. I would recommend you eat the food there, then when I take it home. I probably needed the green sauce. It was too dry as left overs

This review is for the kind of people there as the food can be very tasty, but what a bad service. My son, a 9-year-old boy He had an emergency to urinate then he went in to use the bathroom and a lady at the bathroom door scolded him and did not let him in, I imagine it was because we did not do any shopping, and they took him out, my son peed himself and left crying because they embarrassed him.
My question is when did we stop being empathetic? is a child. Obviously it is a need of the human being, I know that everyone does what they want with their property, but what a lack of empathy and kindness with a child, I never go there to eat again. terrible service and as human beings they are the worst I think that is the reason why the world does not improve.

If you are just getting lunch do yourself a favor and go next door to birrieria Tijuana. I ordered a torta and it was one of the saddest detest tortas I’ve ever had. And it was about $16 you can get 3 queso birria tacos and consume for about the same price and it is leagues ahead of in flavor. I’ve never had and plates or anything else from pollo Rico and I’ve heard they are good but probably won’t be back to find out. Giving it 2 stars because it was clean they got my food out fast and staff was decently friendly

I have been buying at this Apollos establishment for a long time, the food is very delicious and to make it done with great hygiene I start problems with the Customer Service being so deficient and bad from what it seems to the Owner as well as her niece making out of place comments with The clients, I don't know if it's their appearance or if they're racist. Just like the other family members who arrive there, very haughty, rude, construction people, it's understandable because not all beautiful people are addressed with pure rudeness and bad comments among themselves, of course, and they shouldn't. mix that with the clients so I take my money somewhere else and I don't buy more in this establishment I didn't want to undermine the Customer Service because they have been taken advantage of and give them good profits I repeat to the very rich chickens but if they don't change the attitude many clients Like me you hold your money to the other side

I'm so upset, this is the last straw, I'm drinking the Jamaican soda that I bought at this place and I was choking on a piece of dental floss that was in the soda, luckily I was able to get it out of my throat and this was in my soda, disgusting, this place needs a food audit ??
