We love the Boom! It's our Friday go-to for hanging out, dranking some dranks, and eating yummy Mexican food. I'm in love with the carnitas and the arrachera dishes, as well as their margaritas. Also tried the birria tacos - so flavorful and plump - though the consommé was too light and missing those extra bits of meat I've come to love in birria tacos. I will overlook because the owner is super nice and wonderful, and the staff is excelente (especially Francesca at the bar).

My husband and I stopped here on a whim on a Sunday afternoon. I had the Chile Verde Pork - the best chile verde I've ever had. And the corn tortillas...fantastic! The service was okay, a little slow, but we didn't have anywhere we needed to be and it was gloomy, rainy day anyway so it was fine. My husband really enjoyed his meal, too (beef consomme or something like that?). We'll be back!

An okay place for watching a fútbol match and having a drink.The tacos carnitas were over cooked, chewy and bland. The toppings of radish and lime were stale and appeared to be sitting out for a long time. Additionally the avocado salad had started to go bad both by color and smell.The overall vibe, layout, lighting is not comfortable.

Food was a 5/10. It was overcharged like crazy. $105 for a couple items. Definitely not coming back. If I could give less stars I would. mexican Music was blaring and couldn't make out a word anyone was saying. Don't waste your time and good money here.

I love fish tacos and theirs are good! I just prefer grilled over fried. These were fried. I was charged for a combo of 3 fish tacos plus rice & beans. All I got was the tacos. There as lettuce, tomatoes and avocado on them. Many other responsible priced Mexican food items. My son got a steak burrito which he said was substantial and good. They give you a couple salsas to go with it. Charging 25 cents for a to go bag is well over the usual 8 cents in Everett.

My recent visit to Taco Boom was a great disappointment. This was always my go to place for hearty authentic Mexican food. I lived in Everett years ago, and the lady that ran the kitchen prepared delicious food every day. The cost was fair, and the food was outstanding, I don’t know what happened, but it’s become a Las Vegas night club. Rude servers, over cooked beef in a dry burrito(my meal) not the traditional wet burrito style. The cost is still good, but the food and service have lost its appeal for me. I’m a good customer that once enjoyed dining there but no more. They need to get their act together, and feed the customers good food again. Chilly Willy

Their customer service sucks at this place I specifically told one of the girls to not put a certain ingredient in my food and they did totally the opposite of what I had asked I definitely made shure my husband and me didn’t leave no tip at
