Arrived 5 minutes prior to closing time indicated online. Barista was already finished closing everything down and didn't have the courtesy to open the window to say she was shut down but instead gave me the quizzical "I don't hnow what you're saying, sorry i can't hear you routine" . I am very sympathetic to their closing routines particularly having to clean the machine the grinds the coffee beans into shots, but my drink involves opening a couple of sealed drink products into a ice and syrup, requiring minimal cleaning and time, i then look around the stand to find no hours of operation are posted, which i tried pointing out to the barista, only to get another round head and shoulder strings. I would have been just fine with her making the effort to say that they were closed and communicate what the actual hours were.

The baristas there are super friendly and always get my coffee right every time and I go there often enough that they remember what I generally like to drink in the morning so I don't have to give detailed instructions early in the morning while I'm still needing to wake up completely. Lol

I’m giving this place a 2 star rating because I got a English muffin with egg and bacon and it had a bunch of black spots on the egg, at first I thought it was just pepper but the texture of it was off and the muffin was hard as a rock, I’m not sure if it was expired or not because there wasn’t any exp date on packaging, I took a picture of it and am reaching out to management to hopefully get it resolved. I ate about half of it before realizing it probably wasn’t pepper I was eating. If a manager sees this I’d like to know what I ate and hope it was just a seasoning added to the egg but I honestly don’t think so. Coffee here is great though

I did not even purchase anything and I would give the worker zero stars and if there are negative Stars, then i would send those!! I would actually throw lightning bolts through the lady who did not let me enter with all my luggage because she said I had to buy something first. Extremely rude and she should be replaced because she's losing business for your company!!

Every single staff person with whom I've interacted, is incredibly patient (while I pick my flavours!!), Informative, polite, kind and respectful. They are also very fast and efficient, with every barista able to handle & operate both windows at once.

I try not and give 5 stars unless I am “wow’d”, but after 10+ coconut cappuccino’s I have to give some high praise. It doesn’t matter who is working, the staff makes my drink with the same precise precision, and the staff is always pleasant. A consistent hand crafted cappuccino and really nice people are rarely found together, especially every time I visit. So, thank you Espresso Avenue & staff.

I’m extremely upset and disappointed in the service. I am dairy free for my son and I am very careful about eating or drinking out and explain the situation and only trust certain places and I used to go to this stand regularly and never had an issue. Today we ordered several drinks and I explained my situation to the barista and confirmed my drink was dairy free as she handed it to me and she was very nice and said yea she understands as her sister is vegan. We leave and my friends drink doesn’t taste like a breve more like an americano and then I try mine and it doesn’t taste like coconut milk and I open it up and it’s very very pale and very foamy which coconut milk does not do. Somehow she gave me the breve latte and my friend coconut milk. She has them labeled and all. I am not sure if she just mixed up the lids or was distracted because her co worker was chatting her up versus her talking to us. I understand I run a risk eating out but I explained my situation and confirmed with the barista and she still made the mistake.
