NEVER AGAIN. I was desperate for coffee and went here to grab something quick while on my break... As I'm waiting, I look up and see the guy pour out coffee grounds into the metal filter and right before he put it into the machine, he pauses and then wipes off the excess with his JUST-TOUCHED-HIS-PHONE FINGER. His FINGER?! Disgusting. Absolutely unacceptable and you could get sued if I had some autoimmune disease and I hadn't caught that... I immediately told him to make another one and watched him VERY closely to make sure he did it correctly. Coffee was not great but not as bad as others.

Since Macy's moved, they moved this stand to the food court. The coffee is just ok. Each time that I have come here the service has been subpar. Most of the time if they are slow, the employees are on their phones and aren't super quick to get up and take your order. Their prices seem to be in line with all the stands around so that is a plus. There aren't a lot of options in Everett mall for coffee, just this and one other stand.
