While food was good, this place is no longer open and there is no message when you call. The fact that they only had take out probably led to their demise.

I work 2nd shift at Boeing and all of the guys on my crew pitched in 400$ to have a going away party for one of our coworkers. We planned this out a week in advance. I called famous Dave's around 2PM on 5/27/22 and placed our order with a 5:45PM pick up time and prepaid 382$ over the phone. When our manager went to pick up our order all of the doors were locked and no one was answering the phone. After waiting outside for 20 minutes my manager spoke with a delivery driver and they told him the restaurant had shut down early. So we had 14 starving guys with no heads up notice that our order wasn't filled. I then sat on hold for over an hour with two different third party companies that deals with Famous Dave's orders to try and get refunded. I got the run around and finally talked to a manager who took my name number and email. She told me I would get a refund processed the next day. I was never contacted and the 382$ was charged the next day. I have since called the store and been told they would contact me back with information two separate times. Still no refund. If I don't get refunded or at least sent a confirmation that I will be refunded. I will have to do a fraud claim through my credit card company. What a massive headache and waste of my time this has been. I should be given more than a refund, also the 14 people that were standing around hungry and got no food deserve something as well. Famous Dave's gets a lot of customers from Boeing and has a food truck that comes. Last time any of the guys from my department will be giving them their money if this isn't resolved.

Made a large order to feed my crew for close to 400.00 at 2:30 p.m. was told to pick it up curbside at 5:45... arrived to pick it up an after calling their number for 20 minutes someone answered and said...sorry we shutdown at 4:30.And to call Utah for a refund....WTH?Now I have 10 people with no lunch and need to wrestle for my money back

Okay BBQ but I was a little disappointed with the sides. The “famous fries” were just unsalted potato wedges that didn’t even come with any sauce! And the side Caesar I ordered was lacking in greenery; just a few pieces of lettuce and some croutons didn’t really do much for me. For being a bbq place they really should step up their sauce game! The beef brisket was really the only reason I gave this place 3/5 stars, because it was delicious. The burger was also okay, I did a BYO and it was kind of dry and bland since they didn’t offer any sauce options on the order menu!!! Probably won’t be coming back unless it’s just for the meat.

We ordered carryout... The brisket was good, my wife says the burnt ends/ collard greens were good. Im pretty sure my "chopped pork" was actually chicken... but it was decent nonetheless. My only complaints are that they didn't give us any bbq sauce, and the portions were pretty small considering it's a "famous bbq" place. See attached picture and you decide if the pictured is worth $26

Ordered my food ahead of time then walked over from work to pick my food up. Food should have been ready by the time I made my way over. Wasn’t ready. Asked a couple times if my food was ready and the first excuse was the fried chicken wasn’t ready. Then the corn wasn’t ready. I’m ordering food at almost 1pm. Was there zero prep done in the morning before the restaurant opened? After so many excuses and my food STILL not ready I just asked for a refund as I literally had 5 minutes left on my lunch and would have zero time to eat my food. She told me she is unable to refund me and tried to hand me half of an order and a gift card thing. I told her I didn’t want it! I have zero intentions on coming back. She flat out refused to give me my money back. I’ve contacted corporate twice now and no response. Going to try and ask for an upper management contact but I’m sure it will be another excuse. All else fails I’ll dispute the charge on my card. A $36 lunch is expensive to pay for no food.

Stopped in to get some burnt ends to take home as we had heard great it was. We were asked if we would like 1,2, or 3 pounds, and since we live 2 hours away we opted for 3lbs. Took the box home and it felt a little light but as I had another appt and didn't have a scale to weigh them, I left and figured would weigh when I got home. First thing I did arriving home was weigh them...for the $78.00 bucks we paid for 3lbs, we actually received a whopping 1.13lbs with the BOX! Thought I was calling the Everett location but ended up being the national line. They gave me the Everett location phone number, but immediately upon answering, the message is "Do not leave a message on this line". So no talking to the actual location, called back national line and they said all I could do for satisfaction was to dispute the charge...great response, while the food is good it is not $78.00 a pound good!

Dine in is temporarily closed but you can still get take out, curbside, or delivery.Our food was so good. On Fridays you can get a boatload of catfish and that's exactly what it was. So much fish for $18.The ribs were so juicy and the cake was moist and delicious. If you download their app you get a free burger and fries. I'll be returning soon to get that. I wish they had banana pudding like some other locations in the US.

Treated very poorly by the guy running the front. I couldn't believe what he said to me. Pretty much told me, "If I don't like waiting then I can leave and never come back"... All I did was ask for an ETA on my TO GO order because I had ordered it 50 minutes previously to my arrival. I had been ignored for 8 minutes while waiting in the lobby so I spoke up and asked for the ETA.. When I asked for his name so I could report him to management he walked away from me and avoided talking to me. Seriously?? You work in a restaurant and that's how you treat your customers... one day he's gonna talk to the wrong person. I wasn't even rude to him or anything.

This is an place I love to eat in Everett because the ribs are soooo good, the workers are nice, the service is a little slow for takeout because of COVID but other then that its my top 3 restaurants.

This place has the best ribs! I didn't care for the chili and the service is slow (blaming COVID). But servers are friendly.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Positives: nice sauces, good cornbread. But that is it...My husband ordered this as a special birthday dinner, which felt really nice. He was trying to treat me to something nice for dinner.... I was severely disappointed. The brisket was chewy, it felt like I was chewing on a dog's chew toy, which yes I have done. The ribs are dry and tough. My fries were soggy, which can happen with steak house fries sometimes. He ordered the sampler appetizer not really impressed with any of that either. Frankly this was a very disappointing meal. Next time we get BBQ we are going to order from our regular place, Quality is much higher, and costs significantly less. Their brisket always melts in your mouth and the ribs are always Tender and juicy. Their cornbread may not be superior but when I order from a place that specializes in meat, the meat needs to be able to stand on its own.

Ordered the All American BBQ Feast to-go, the dude that was working was cool, the food was packaged well so i could get it home safely, I got it home, got the table set up, opened and dished it up and it was still nice and warm, food was great, meat was tender, very pleasantly surprised by it all! Now I know for next time…

My experience was great. The booths needs an update. The booth we were seated at had a whole buch of extension cords on the side of the seat and dust build up. The food how ever was amazing. Not much of a long wait for food or drinks.

Really poor customer service. I asked about GF options and they were zero help, told me I needed download their menu from online to see. So I did, and the menu was very hard to read on a phone. I picked something that claimed to be safe, they said they didn't have that anymore, it hasn't been on their menu for years... so I picked something else that claimed to be safe and it was not. Just the lack of even attempting to care was concerning. Kids weren't too impressed with any of their food either. We will not be going back. :(
