We recently celebrated my niece’s 21st birthday at Fisherman Jack’s and I was absolutely impressed—from start to finish. The restaurant is gorgeous, right on the Everett waterfront with marina views and an upscale-but-welcoming vibe. We sampled a ton from the menu (everything we tried was on point), and the service was top-notch throughout. What really stood out? I messaged the owner, Jack Yang Ng—an old high school friend—just to say I was finally visiting his new place. He was literally overseas at the time, but still had his manager come over to greet us and buy a drink for the birthday girl. Totally unexpected, incredibly generous. This place isn’t just a great restaurant—it’s a reflection of the hard work and heart Jack puts into everything he touches. Highly recommend for special occasions or anytime you want to treat yourself to something memorable.

A truly outstanding experience at Fisherman Jack’s.

We visited for a family celebration and were blown away by the elegant waterfront setting, attentive service, and consistently high-quality food. The menu is full of bold, flavorful, beautifully presented dishes—we tried quite a variety, and everything exceeded expectations.

What made the night unforgettable was the personal touch: I reached out to Jack (the owner and an old high school friend of mine) who was out of the country, and he still took the time to have his team greet us and make our guest of honor feel special. That level of hospitality is rare—and genuine.

This is the kind of place that reminds you why supporting local businesses matters. Jack has built something truly special here. If you’re anywhere near Everett, do yourself a favor and make a reservation.

A pleasant surprise, actually. There are some bad reviews, but we had a wonderful time. I don't understand the negativity. It's a wonderful atmosphere with good food. A great addition to the Everett waterfront.

Surprisingly light on fish for a place named Fisherman Jack's but the dim sum is very good.

This was another great evening with friends at Fisherman Jacks.
The service by “Gavin” was top notch followed by exceptional food. If you haven’t been here, you are missing out on a great experience.

Good for a date or special dinner. Food is subpar. High end feel to decor. Alot of group diners but wait wasn't too bad. Isn't worth a revisit if you want dimsum style food. Parking is a pain because there isn't much dedicated to it.

Personal experience, they forgot a dish and the waiter took 30min to blame the kitchen and not try to apologize and get us on our way.

We stopped here for the beautiful views and to grab something light while we explored the area. The restaurant itself is very nice. We got sat outside per our request. We waited over 15 minutes before my wife asked for someone to come and greet us. We ordered right away, and the food was okay. The crab was plentiful although lackluster in size for almost $30. We ordered another appetizer as happy hour had started. The app took longer than the entree we ordered. Being there for over an hour, we were checked on 3 times (ordered, pick up dishes, order app), and waters never refilled. My wife had to go find our waitress again to get the bill, which was run the wrong way, and she had to run it several times.
We won't be back, which is too bad given the great location and all the making of a memorable experience (a nearby brewery had a much better happy hour and service).

Beautiful decor in a great waterfront location, but if you are looking for authentic Chinese food, DO NOT come here, as you’ll be disappointed.. Everything is overpriced, really small portion and very BLAND! The food is Americanized using a LOT of bell paper, onion and carrots. Honestly, Panda Express or PF Chang are way better if you want to get non-authentic Chinese food. As soon as I got seated, I already had bad feeling… I looked around and there were no other Chinese guests. Our server was nice and attentive, so that’s the only reason I didn’t give 1 star. I feel that most of the other reviewers who gave higher rating likes their mix drinks and/or those who haven’t had authentic Chinese food.

First time here for dinner with friends. It was busy when we sat but the hostess was very nice. Our server, Sarah, was amazing and so accommodating. She was personable and remembered every detail even when dealing with a lot of tables. Also the food was great.
