This is s very deceiving restaurant looking from the outside, come inside and and it's nice and cozy. Most importantly the food is very authentic Italian taste, I highly recommend this restaurant. There are many items in the menu to choose from, wine is good.

Food was bland, serving sizes were small, the waitress was attentive but had a rude personality. The ambiance and music were lovely though. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the pistachio cream cannolis were delicious! We won't be back.

Hey Snohomish County institution Giannis has been around for over 42 years one of the largest selections of any menu true authentic Neapolitan cuisine and I can tell you truthfully, I've never had a bad meal there I go at least once a month you gotta try the puttanesca Polo pistachio, and the Gamboni all olio besides all the others enjoy

This is the saddest Bruschetta I've ever seen. Tastes just like they opened a jar of marinara sauce, put it on some stale bread with a tiny bit of oregano on top. Chicken parm wasn't breaded, and the chicken Alfredo was so bland. Save the money and the disappointment.

We had a nice dinner here. The only thing I didn't like was adding a convenience charge to the bill for using a credit card. Really?
We really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the wait staff was great. I wanted to give it 5 stars but there was a service fee of about $2.50 applied after the card was run. It was not on the bill presented to us before we paid or mentioned by the staff. For me this kind of ruined the overall experience.

Hi I really didn’t want to post this publicly but I wanted the owner to know because if I was an owner I would like to know so I don’t loose customers. I have ordering there for awhile I always order fettuccine and it’s great . Today I ordered fettuccine and the garlic shrimp pasta for my husband. The food was raw . Literally nothing was sautéed. Order was received in 30 min from door dash it was fast fast . I called and spoke to manager. He said he cooked it and I don’t want him to get introuble because my other food was great . But this dish was terrible. My husband came and I had to cook him dinner . I called door dash they gave me my money on this meal Back . I wanted the owner to know because Incase your sales low you might want to look at your night cooking procedures. The dessert great

We came in for Saturday lunch. The food was very good, tasted great. One star off because the server tried to charge us the dinner rates, which made the bill over $20 more. We noticed it and had him correct the bill. He was very courteous about fixing the bill.

I was followed into the restroom by the manager and asked whether I was a patron - all while I was in the process of using the bathroom. When I asked for privacy, he demanded that I answer immediately. I had just come from my office and was dressed professionally, so it wasn't that I looked suspicious. Long story short, we both threatened to involve the police. Suffice it to say, I left without ordering dinner. I can't even begin to make sense of this experience. Racism? Someone taking out their frustration on a stranger? I once celebrated an anniversary and a birthday here.

We tried this place for the first time. Food was excellent although we thought it was pretty lame that they only allow one ice tea refill before they charge you. Who does that?? How cheap. That would have been fine but we were subjected to incessant pounding for the duration of our meal. Apparently the chef was pounding veal for the dinner menu. It was super loud and annoying and non stop!!!! It basically ruined our meal and gave me a headache. Food was excellent though
