Pray him! The chicken dish I ordered was very tasty. The rice, although red, is not Mexican style. It has a different flavor. I loved the shrimp croquette! The chicken is very juicy and the potato salad is delicious. If you like spicy they also give a tasty spicy sauce. They serve you a lot of food so the dishes are two meals or maybe three. What a cool thing to have such a unique restaurant in Everett.

Everytime I wanted to try Guam Grub it's been closed the times I went but today was the day that I finally got to try it out! Located in the food court of Everett Mall, so it's pretty lowkey but you won't regret coming at all!! The lady who took my order was super nice and her service was great! She had multiple customers and it looked like she was working alone but she was calm and collected and made sure all her customers were taken cared of! First time here so the menu was a little confusing to me but I decided to try the Fiesta Plate, which came with a little of everything from the menu. You get two scoop of red rice and a scoop of potato salad to eat with all the proteins that you get, my favorite was their chicken thigh! It was well marinated, juicy and had a little nice charred from the grill. It also came with a spicy soy sauce/vinegar sauce to dip your protein with, and also a side of pickled cucumber which had a nice acidity that works well with the salty protein! I also ordered their Turon(banana lumpia) those were crispy, sweet and delicious! Overall, I'm defiantly coming back next time and even thinking catering from them in the future too!

Friday 5pm. Order 2 fiesta plates and 2 sodas. $57. Chicken was dry ,stringy and cold, ribs were burnt and inedible. Couldn't chew meat. Ship fritter and rice were cold too. Lumpia was greasy and cold. Not a good experience.

Finally tried this place and I got to say for $20 plus dollars, it was a disappointment. Found this place through friends and portion of food was the only good thing about it. I had the Fiesta plate and the chicken and ribs were tough and cold. I had high hopes and was excited to finally try this place. Lady who said she was the owner was very nice.

So as we walked up, we were happily greeted with the a warm Hafa Adai!Instantly off to a good start. The service was nice and very helpful. She also made sure to ask if we were allergic to shellfish as the shrimp cake was included in the Fiesta Platter.Long story short. It was everything I remember food from Guam tasting like. Very happy with the amount of food for the money and the amazing service!I can't wait to come back.

I was so surprised at the expensive pricing because they need to pay rent. I ordered a fiesta plate, 2 empanadas and a BBQ chicken kelaguen wrap. Too bad everything was so bland for my Chamorro taste from what my nan taught me. I was very disappointed with the taste. I hope they do better and become successful.

Wow! Absolutely delicious food. Found via a Google search, read the reviews, gave it a try. I am so glad I did. The chicken and ribs were delicious. The shrimp and veggies fritter was yummy. The rice and potato salad good. Tried all 3 sauces-so good, especially the spicy one. The lumping so so, but the empenadas were DIVINE!!!!And the gal who was at the register, so kind and so informative. Maybe she was the owner. Will make the drive from Bellevue to have this again!!!!!!!!!!!Parking: Outdoor mall parking lotKid-friendliness: In a food court, easy for kids

This place is in a mall food court, so the atmosphere isn't the best. It's noisy, lots of people running around while you eat. I do have to say, if you take it out of context and rate the food and service, both were great. The food was on point. Coming from a Chamorro family that ran one of the best chamorro food restaurants, Y Kusina, in Guam and doing catering, my expectations are usually high and this place checked all the boxes. So far, this is the only place I've found north of Seattle that did it right. I'd highly recommend this for locals who want their fix or someone who isn't experienced with Guam food, to try an accurate representation of what our CHamoru food should be. A+ the prices are fair, service is great and portions just right. I'm a 220lb man and they gave me enough food. They even tossed in a little extra for an extended wait on the pancit.Parking: Open and lots of it.Wheelchair accessibility: I was using crutches at the time, but I found the side door was easily accessible for wheelchair users, having just gotten off the chair myself. I was more aware of this.

Great assortment of foods I remember eating on Guam when I was a kid. Loved the food and the hospitality.Easy access right inside the mall's food court door.
