Seemed like they were understaffed in that service was slow but the service was otherwise excellent. Hoping I get a chance to eat here again. Fataya pies were delicious

Our meals were delicious. Chicken Yassa and Jollof Rice, with lamb. Wonderful flavors. My husband really liked his drink, the Sideways Baobab. Nice server who made recommendations. Looking forward to coming back.

I ordered off of Uber Eats and my food came warm, but I started eating and there was hairs in it! Not sure if it was a chef’s pets hair from their clothes or their actual hair. I gagged so bad, thought it was just in the stew. Then, I ate some of the fufu. There was hair in it as well.

This African restaurant is definitely worth a visit with a variety of flavorful dishes. I tried the Okra Stew, which I’d rate 7/10 – tasty and well-prepared. The Plasas was outstanding, a solid 9/10, truly delicious. The Fried Rice with Fish I’d give 6/10 – decent, but the seasoning and texture weren’t quite to my liking. For drinks, the Wonjo and Baobab were both refreshing and enjoyable, each an 8/10. Overall, it’s a great spot with a welcoming menu and authentic taste.

I saw an ad for plantains for this restaurant so I had to go. We got a chicken and rice dish, some fried chicken and fries, a drink and of course the plantains. Everything was delicious and sorry, I don't remember the names of the items but it was all good, we'll be back.

The chicken shawarma didn't have a sauce side so I worried, but inside it had a great tangy mustard sauce which was new to me.
The other dishes were tasty as well, although the rice jollof just tasted like rice with a lot of soy sauce. Maybe that's common.
My order was ready quickly.

First time eating here and it will not be the last time. 10 out 10 highly recommend. The beef fataya pies, fried plantains, beef Jollof, and beef Eugusi is what I ordered. Meat was tender and food was flavorful.
