Clean and modern, good views out the window but could have been better, especially at this price. This is the first review of a hotel I've ever written so I'll try to be as accurate as possible and to avoid unjust criticism. I'll just say I wasn't happy about my stay. The only Wifi I was able to connect with was with the tour buses parked across the street. When one left, I connected to the next one that showed up. The hotel is on a great location, especially if you can get a water view. The rooms are big with plenty of storage. The lobby area is really nice with a lot of seating. There were a lot of homeless people out front and no place to park to check in when we arrived. We saw a guy doing drugs on the sidewalk and decided to wait until we could get in the garage but then had issues getting through to the front desk. Traveled here on business June 22 - 24. First the good: The hotel is modern and well designed. There are good security procedures as well. Room was clean, quiet, and the bed comfortable. Not so good: When I checked in the tv in my room would not turn on. There was power to the tv and the remote. I called front desk and they told me to check the power (even though I had already told them the power seemed to be on). They then told me that Maintenance had already left for the day...read full review
