My review isn’t visible… as a longtime customer to the previous owner. The new owners do not do it justice. They lack quality or care for customers. I’ve tried over and over to love them but they are just another sushi place with nothing special… skip them and try something worth the experience. This isn’t it.

Busy area near the kitchen for the family of employee. Looks bad from entry but could be decluttered. Otherwise nice atmosphere.Vegetarian options: There were not any specific vegetarian offerings. I looked around a bit on menu. However this food is generally a good idea for Pescetarians. Vegetarians would look for soy here.Kid-friendliness: I saw a lot of kids toys and nursing equipment

My partner and I were searching for good local sushi places near us, this is the best we've found so far in Everett. They're friendly, informational, and the food is so freaking good. You can tell the chef cares for his food with all of the thought that goes into each dish. Our favorite has been the nigiri, soba, and speciality rolls! Totally affordable too! We pay ~$23 total, for both of us, each time we go.These guys rock! Hidden sushi gem of Everett area.

Ho Sushi in Everett is a gem that serves the best sushi I've tasted outside of Japan! The Fantasy Fried Roll and Dragon Roll were both phenomenal, with flavors and craftsmanship that transport you straight to Tokyo. The lightly seared Tomago dessert was a delightful finish to a perfect meal. The service was top-notch, making the trip from up north well worth it. Can't wait to return to Ho Sushi for another unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, exquisite sushi!

Been coming here since the place opened. Love the sushi here. The also have great fruit sakes and hot sakes.Update 11/10/2023They have upgraded their restaurant. Always worth a stop and their Sushi is as fresh as it gets!! Love coming here still.
If i could rate higher than 5 stars i would. This place is consistently amazing, whether you are dining in or taking out. Every roll my partner and i have tried has been amazing and fresh; same with the appetizers. The service is always absolutely wonderful. I have been to a ton of sushi places and this is a hidden gem. We visit regularly and will always recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal.
Great Family Restaurant, atmosphere is chill and super friendly. They’re the best, I would say do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant. Best Sushi in town… highly recommend!

EDIT: We went there recently. Sad to say that we may not come back. Prices went way up and quality and size went down. Payed for tea that tasted like Luke warm water. I was very disappointed. I guess we will drive a bit further for now on, where the tea is always hot and free with food, they even throw in some free miso soup at times. I like to leave a place happy and not sad. 10/12/23Loved this place. Great food and service! <--Two years ago..Had to edit this review: We had a lovely time at Ho Sushi Bistro in Everett WA.. Date night!! The tea (that just kept pouring) was like a warm hug and the food was delicious! It was cold and rainy outside but this place warmed us up. This place has never disappointed this picky eater.. The service was great. We waited until 4pm for their evening hours. Well worth it! Thank you!! ???

My husband and I ate at here today, always looking for a great sushi spot. Didn’t expect how great it would be. It’s located in Everett and from the outside maybe ? you would think should you eat here but inside surprised us and the food plus service and the excellent presentation of our food really amazes us ? don’t judge a book by it’s cover. This place may not look like a lot on the outside but the staff and the food is really amazing ?

Great sushi and fast service. The fish tasted fresh which is the most important part of a sushi restaurant. The Washington apple roll and the Louisiana roll were delicious. I'll be back to try the chirashi soon!
