Sadly it seems to be common across the board in most restaurants that wait staff is not being trained properly or they are hiring people and just putting them on the job. People need to train their staff better

We ordered 2 kids meals and the California turkey sandwich with onion rings. Delicious! Our server was exceptional and ran out my son's stuffy he left behind. We were across the parking lot and I was super impressed he made time to do this. So grateful! Well deserved 👍🏼Moises G. Thank you!

The person who welcomed us and put our name on the waitlist called four groups that came after us and forgot about us until I complained to the manager who excused the person with an absurd explanation about what happened.
