I don't know what's happening to ihop. Still a great place to get pancakes still a good place to go for lunch or dinner. Usually very quiet not overly packed which is nice. Stuff with friendly food was good . Visit your local IHOP to keep them in business. Oh and the Everett location has a walk of window if you order it to go. Or for Uber Food Drivers or other companies. Great little wages to walk up to the window and get your food and walk back off to your car

I had an amazing experience at IHOP and definitely want to share how great everything was. From the moment I walked in, the service stood out. Our waiter was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable, checked on us often (but not too much), and had a really positive attitude the whole time. It made the entire experience feel relaxed and welcoming.

But the real star of the meal? The French toast. It was on another level. Soft in the middle, slightly crisp on the outside, and topped perfectly. It tasted rich but not too sweet—just the right balance. If you’re a French toast fan, you seriously need to try it here.
And the milkshakes? So good. Thick, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. You can tell they use quality ingredients. It tasted like an old-school diner shake, and I loved every sip.

The person who welcomed us and put our name on the waitlist called four groups that came after us and forgot about us until I complained to the manager who excused the person with an absurd explanation about what happened.
