I came here for lunch, and the soup was so bland it had no flavor. I was hungry, but it didn't seem like the kind of place you'd expect to find a place to eat together. The service was very indifferent, with no greetings upon entering, and the customers seemed to be neglected.

Every time come here server always take orders without writing down, I was asking do you remember all? She replied yes she can remember, but later at least one order was wrong, I was very upset because I told her order by alphabet letter on menu, but she still arguments and replies I was pointed to that’s on menu until a chef in kitchen offered to correct it, OMG if you eat here make sure records your voice when server take order otherwise always come out at least one item wrong

I’m changing my rating from 4 stars to 1.
When you order pho here, they only give one plate of bean sprouts and jalapeños—whether you’re dining alone or with four people. When we asked for an extra plate, they silently added a $1 charge to the receipt without telling us. That is completely unacceptable. It’s not about the dollar, it’s about fairness and transparency. If one person gets one plate, four people should reasonably get more than that, and customers should always be told about extra charges upfront.
As I mentioned in my past review, the sauce bottles and utensils on the tables are still poorly maintained and look dirty. For these reasons, I won’t be coming back.

Subject: A Culinary Gem in Mill Creek: Exceptional Service and Exquisite Flavors at Pho 175
To whom it may concern,
It is with great pleasure that I write to commend the outstanding dining experience I had at Pho 175 in Mill Creek. In a market saturated with culinary options, Pho 175 distinguishes itself not only through its impeccable cuisine but also through its exemplary customer service, a combination that is increasingly rare and deeply appreciated.
From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warmth and professionalism that set a welcoming tone for the entire meal. The staff at Pho 175 are a testament to what truly defines exceptional hospitality. They were attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. My server was particularly impressive, offering thoughtful recommendations and demonstrating a level of care that elevated the meal from a simple dinner to a truly enjoyable event. Their passion for the food and their commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction.
The quality of the food at Pho 175 is, without exaggeration, superb. Each dish I sampled was a masterclass in balance and flavor. The broth of the pho, the cornerstone of any great Vietnamese restaurant, was rich, complex, and deeply aromatic—a clear indication of hours of careful preparation. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, from the tender cuts of meat to the vibrant, crisp herbs and vegetables. The spring rolls were perfectly crisp and packed with flavor, and the various noodle dishes I observed being served to other tables looked equally enticing. It is clear that the chefs at Pho 175 take immense pride in their craft, using high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques to create dishes that are both authentic and unforgettable.
In conclusion, Pho 175 is more than just a restaurant; it is a destination for those who appreciate the finer details of dining. The combination of extraordinary, flavorful food and truly outstanding customer service makes it a standout establishment in the Mill Creek area. It is a credit to its management and staff, and I have no doubt that it will continue to thrive and impress patrons for years to come. I wholeheartedly recommend Pho 175 to anyone seeking a truly exceptional dining experience.
Sincerely,
Arron & Joyce iacolucci

Recovering from a cold, I just wanted quick pho in the neighborhood. Fast service. They were out of young coconut water. Pho quality was average.. I am picky because I made great homemade pho at home. The broth looks dark , too strong in spice. The bean sprouts and lime were not fresh . Service was fast and friendly . Fair price .

Good and clean food
I've been coming to this place every now and then since it first got established and had its grand opening (back when it used to be called In & Out Pho!!!). You have no idea how glad I am that this place is AMAZING because I can go whenever I want and expect greatness every time.
First off: their fooood. Their pho tastes fresh and clean, and they are packed with meat. I love pho with tendon, and usually, other pho spots will give 1 or 2 chunks - but here, they fill almost half the bowl with meat and tendon. I also personally love the chef's specials, such as the General Tsao's and the Mongolian with chicken. Full of flavor and very tender. You can adjust how spicy you want the dishes, and I find hot (3) is just the right amount. The bánh mì is another classic here - a crispy baguette loaded with crispy flavors and crispy textures. And sometimes, I'll just come by to grab a snack, with my favorites being the crab cream cheese appetizers and the fresh rolls. Correct me if I'm wrong, but they also do bubble tea specials every year: a buy-2-get-1-free deal. Excellent for when you're with friends or sharing with family (especially in this current bubble tea economy???). When I want something sweet and refreshing, I get their Thai green milk tea, which always hits the spot.
And just like their food, the service is above and beyond. The owner is super kind, and the servers are prompt and patient (and pretty!). Props to the chefs in the back, too. Everything always comes out fast and steaming!
Overall, I find myself easily coming back whenever my husband is in the mood for pho and when I'm in the mood for something else. From day one, this place has been nothing but good to me. Thank you for being the best. I'll be back for more (I'm gonna try the whole menu 😈)!

Not our first time ordering but sadly will be our last. When this establishment first opened, the quality was a stand out. We have ordered several times but tonight are sadly disappointed with our take out. At first notice the portions are more than m half of prior visits and upon tasting the rice was old and mushy while the food was too sweet and not savory. NOT worth charging nearly $22 per plate!
Disappointed that the quality has obviously declined to save a few dollars on the back end.
Gross.

Ordered them with post mates. They charged me an extra dollar for extra sauce and all I got was one packet of hoisin and one sriracha. Also no green onions. Pretty disappointed.
