The service was awsome and the food was great!! There prices have gone up a bit but not outrageous compared to others. I highly recommend trying the chowed if you never have.

Lots of the food is like deep fried bar food except for a few items and the soup, the service was excellent very friendly staff, the atmosphere is once again fast food corporate lackluster.

This Ivar's always has the best service, seating, and ambience. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could.The employees are so great and friendly, and they give eye contact!Clam chowder was on point and the clams and strips were a nice portion. The cocktail sauce and tartar always taste better from their pumps, not sure why, but it's so good!They recently changed their cheesecake provider and it bums me out- they used to get it from Chuckanut Bay- I actually did not like cheesecake until I tried theirs, at this Ivar's!
