Super mid. Staff acts like they are doing you a favor for serving 2 star BBQ. I can take a rude staff if the food is good. The brisket is either fat or dry. Will not be back

If there was an option for 6 stars I would give it to them, all the food was heavenly and the staff were very friendly. I personally recommend the tri-tip but all their options were delicious. Will definitely come back here regardless of the travel time.

The staff running the front counter was very friendly and fast. The food was excellent. I had pork ribs and brisket with mac n cheese, cowboy caviar, collard greens, cornbread and coleslaw which I enjoyed all of them. I have only tried their spicy barbeque sauce and it was really good. Would come back again for sure.

The food is great but the meat is their strong point. Their mac and cheese in my opinion is lacking. Their cornbread is great. They’re the only place that makes brisket in Everett that i’ll eat if i cant make my own.

I have tried more than a few times. This place has been hit or miss for me. Last time I went here, it wasn't good. The brisket looked lean but it was too tough, the pulled pork had a lot of fatty chunks in it.
Best bbq I've ever had and the people who work here are so nice!

These people should be arrested for theft. $70 for 2 meals without
drinks and the only thing edible was the coleslaw! The two slices of brisket had 3 bites of actual meat. The rest was inedible gristle. The trítip was somehow over and under cooked at the same time. All the meat tasted like it had been marinated in straight lighter fluid for days. The bbq sauce was less of a sauce and more of a sickening pudding skin texture. The beans were watery and barely cooked. The Mac and cheese was clumpy and the noodles were mushy. The corn bread was so dry it just crumbled into sand when we tried to take a bite. This was so disgusting and such a horrific dining experience I'd be embarrassed to even know the people who claim this is food and think it's okay to charge those prices for garbage my dogs even had a hard time eating!
