I used to live in California so for me there's nothing like a good old fashioned Jack in the box where you can get a pineapple or a lime soda and you can enjoy the customer service all at the same time very cool place

Worst Jack in the box ever first off for some stupid reason the number on the receipt is not the number for their store it's the number for the Lynnwood Jack in the box and upon calling the Lynnwood one they don't understand why they have their number on their receipts and then finding the number for the Everett avenue location online I then called it and they don't understand why they don't have their number on their receipts but a different store also you can't get your food right because they don't understand English or something cuz for the love of God they can always get my order wrong

Extremely upset last time I was here they didn't give me all my order and I called and spoke to the manager and he took my name and I explained I probably wouldn't be there to get it for awhile and he said that it was ok because my name was on the list? So I go by today and my name isn't on the list and I am not happy at all I don't appreciate being lied to and I really don't appreciate wasting my time!!!! When you order out and your driving and trying to get home and everything is so extremey expensive these day's especially when you get all the way home and not everything you pay for is there it's wrong and whats more frustrating is when you speak to the manager and tell them you don't live in the area so it will be awhile until you get there again and he assures you your names on the list and you stop by for them to make it right for nothing it's even more frustrating I will be calling corporate which I didn't want to do but it's only fair!!!!! I don't eat out much anymore anyway because of how expensive it is but now I really won't be!!!!

Drive up order. The value menu offers reasonably priced and very good burgers, sandwiches, sides, etc. A larger burger and sandwich is also still at a decent price. They are competitive to other fast food chains. These are good for bigger appetites.

Been watching Jack in the box ads on tv since I was a kid. But never seen one before coming to Everett for a concert.
Really typical American fast food.
Well 12:00am they are open 24hrs so indulged in a midnight double burger.

The guy who took our order was so rude. And then we get home and my daughter ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger meal. The burger was to have no cheese. We received this burger in the picture instead. Completely plain. And then on top of it we received soggy and almost like not fully cooked fries. It was too late and we had to be home so I couldn’t turn back. It was poor customer service, poor food. Overall poor experience.

It's a fast food place. This one was clean and they were fast. Had a breakfast sandwich. Smaller than the last time I was there maybe 6 months ago. Still I think JIB is o e of the better fast food places. OH- AND THEY HAVE THE BEST MILKSHAKES!

What a disgusting place. Horrible staff- asked to use the bathroom ajd he stared me down asking if I was a patron, whilst understandable he refused to allow me entry until my friend's placed an order AND paid. I had to wait, made me feel like a 2nd class citizen. And then when I went to use the bathroom is was TRASHED persiod stains everywhere what a disgrace of an establishment.
