Really don’t understand why they advertise 24 hrs . Definitely closed almost every morning until 6:00. So why not just adjust your dang hours??? Ridiculous!

I was refused service after returning with correct payment, after I came to the window and presented my $50 bill which I was told was not accepted. I was polite, respectful and patient. There was no justifiable cause to be refused service. I did not order much, I offered to take the food that was previously prepared and was still denied service.

Just came here with my wife and son. Went through the drive thru. Order taker was patient and nice. Her name was Olandra. Not sure if I spelled that correctly but that is how it sounded.
I got two chicken sandwiches, they were both crispy and not too much sauce. Sometimes fast food places really over do it with the sauce.
I ate in the parking lot but had to go inside to use the restroom. It was locked but Olandra opened it for me. Very clean and no graffiti on the mirror.
Fries were fresh. This Jbox has some bad reviews but my visit was great. Maybe they are trying to improve? I’ll be coming back.

I usually stick to drive through here, better service. I wouldn't stick around or feel comfortable leaving my car in the lot, lots of homeless and, well, it is Casino Rd after all. Otherwise, staff is friendly and service is fast and good

Waited 20 minutes between the drive through line and being asked to wait out front for a while for a room temperature Jumbo Jack that I ended up not eating, and was charged $0.79 more than the price on the sign. I would recommend going elsewhere with better food safety practices.

I drove in the drive through at 5:45am today and didn’t realize i didn’t fully receive my order until i got home. when i tried calling, it just kept ringing minutes on end but no answer. couldnt leave a voicemail because it just kept ringing lol. my fault for not checking the bag before i left :/
