Coming in about 730am to eat and sit and I couldn't because the entire lobby was a disaster. All the tables had food on them, the floors were sticky, all trash cans were full to the max. If that's how you guys keep your lobby what does the back look like? Is your food even safe to eat 100%?

The food was standard for Jack in the Box (best cheap tacos and real shakes) and the service was excellent (very friendly server at the drive thru), my kids were very uncomfortable with the obviously homeless population milling about in the parking lot -- particularly the unwell person standing and blocking one of the driveways.

Ordered a burger at the counter the other day and apparently was misheard I suppose, and the cashier rang me up for a different sandwich. When I got it I noticed the mistake and pointed it out to a staff member who immediately took the sandwich and and began processing a cash refund. I took my refund and left hungry.
Night crew did a stellar job with my large order, great work!

2:30am Ordered a ultimate breakfast sandwich, and I understand that it's supposed to have 2 eggs, 2 ham, bacon and cheese...I only got 0ne egg a slice of ham and no bacon, no cheese...dry.The next week I stopped in and tried to let the bald man that my sandwich was wrong and I would like to get a proper sandwich, he behaved like he was confused about what I was trying to say, I left, I will not go back to that location on the graveyard shift.

Ordered the new bagel sandwich which has bacon double sausage and an extra egg and they gave me a bagel n egg instead it was one of there more expensive items so they just wanted to steal my money if I wanted a bagel and egg I would've spent no where near how much I did they are very unperfecional and lack hard work they don't care

The drive-through service is awesome. If you need to use the bathroom is when it changes. You need to prove you already ordered something or the manager will not allow access. I had to call the drive through cashier's attention to be let into the bathroom just to find they are out of paper towels. Very disappointed ☹️☹️
