So here's the story, The milk shake machine at this location was down for a while then was supposedly fixed not replaced. The milkshakes have tiny little lumps and tastes bad still. So by all means feel free to replace the machine that was not fixed properly. I went to another Jack in the box to confirm that the milkshakes still tasted good however the Everett Mall location has issues with the milkshake machine. If no change will call the corporate office.
Its a good place. It is close by the hotel and did not have to walk far.
