I ordered 2 tacos, a large fries, and a regular cheeseburger through door dash and once I received the food it was cold all the way through like they had put it in the freezer before having my dasher pick it up. I don’t have a microwave or I would just warm it up and not complain. but for that reason I sometimes order hot food through door dash. The food wasn’t on my porch for more than 1min and everything in the bag was cold to the touch and inedible. If the workers would have just used common sense and not prepped the food before a dasher was even assigned then there would have been no issues.

I was very disappointed not only in the service but paying almost $20 for a meal. The taste of like a came from yesterday withabsolutely nothing to Burger with a piece of meat cheese and 2 daily pieces of bacon. I was very disappointed anyone I asked how to operate the Coke machine. The people they're treated me like I was dumb. I was very disappointed. I used to love Jack in the box that 1 sucks.

Y’all don’t go here they were rude I asked to use the restroom and the lady at the front asked if I was customer in a rude way and I was confused because I’ve been there multiple times and they’ve never said that before and she was being all rude and I said can I have a water cup and she told me to get out like she can run the 1s tfKid-friendliness: I’m a kid and the manager lady was rude to me

Food isn't being cooked properly here... they give out food that's been sitting under heat lamps.. fries are always nook warm.. my spicy chicken sandwich is always hard around the edges and it tastes old. The workers are very rude.. I'm tired of taking my order back in to have it remade. And they are rude about
I had a food pickup and watched a worker with one glove on handling food. I promise to never ever eat here. They are just as slow as all the other stores. But it’s a shame because they all seem to hate the job. They all have terrible vibes every time I have a pickup. I wanted to say find something else if you hate your job!

The manager working at 4pm on Wednesday is Awesome! I made a mistake and ordered online to her store thinking it was a store in Marysville and I couldn't get here for a while and she was kind enough to remake my order, which was only some tacos but still it was super nice of her to do that for me. Will definitely double check the store next time since gps didn't catch it. Thank You So Much Manager and Cooks!!

I order chicken strips combo. I didn’t know this jack in the box charges you for ranch sauce. I ask the girl sherlY twice “I don’t get dipping sauce for my strips?” NO that would be 25 cents extra … I ordered at 1:10pm
