I was ordering large for 5 people on job site. She came out with 1 cheeseburger and 1 chicken wrap salad and 3 curly fries and 1 reg fry. So went back in to order 4 more cheeseburgers and the chicken sandwich i said into machine earlier and waited 20 minutes to get them. When I got to job site 5 minutes away they said all fries are cold. Burgers were plastered with mustard dripping out of packaging. 90.00 and cooks food later i won't stop there again.

Overall, it was food.I was hungry.It was like really bad part of town right next door there's a 711 with high drug activity and traffic.Definitely not a family restaurant.Bathrooms are locked any.You have to be buzzed in by the person behind the counter.Owner should move location.Pretty sad enterprise are still in business

Food here is just bad in general, always with the breakfast meals tasting like its freezerburnt and expired, new kiosk to help yourself order but quality in employment and evironment is below than just standard, like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off or just plainly goofin around F-in up online/kiosk orders and not checkin back stock supply for expired food, if i was anyone else here i'd get snohomish county health dept to make an overview and see what they can do from there.

Only come here if you're ready to be stuck between cars in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Took so long on a weekday afternoon that we decided to not order and spent our money across the street at Wendy's. $6 Biggie Bag and out in 3 minutes. I don't think anybody actually even works here anymore and a burger meal is over $15! You all have the most audacity to be thinking it's worth that when you aren't even paying anyone to work there, and this isn't the first time this has happened. Hire staff or close it down!

I place my order mobile app when I pick it and get home I noticed they didn't put cheese on my burgers 😒 I called the manager store he was mean and he told me he can't replace my order I pay for doble jack with cheese and no cheese on the burgers that's sucks

We pulled up in the drive thru. We could barely hear the man who was taking our order though the speaker he was talking so softly. He had a very thick foreign accent and he was almost impossible to understand. I had some questions and asking them was an exercise in futility. I speak very clearly and understandably. This man had no concept of what I was asking him. All of a sudden, without us ordering anything a bunch of items appeared on a computer screen that we had supposedly ordered. I told him we had not ordered yet. He put more items on the screen we were not ordering. Luckily a female manager took over and we could hear her very clearly and she fixed everything and we were able to order and get the correct order. My tacos were a greasy delight and my friend liked his sausage sandwich. Why they have a person with almost no command of the English language taking orders I will never ever know.
