I just visited the store today monday September 22nd at 8:40ish I was attended by tall blonde Girl, which was very rude, and Very straightforward. I was having trouble ordering, and instead of helping she was being very direct as educating me. At the end, I Got what i wanted, an acaí primo regular bowl. The blueberries That were in my acai, primo regular bowl tasted very acid and honestly, I think they had mold and had expired. first of all, I cannot believe that the store sells expired fruits and second of all, I cannot believe that either if they were expired, this girl chose to put them in my acaí as a personal vendetta had to remove them to continue my bowl because i was too far gone for me to ask a refund or another one without the berries.

Ordered a Mega Mango with the dairy free symbol. Either they made mango a go go, or they swapped the sorbet and sherbet. Because I had a terrible lactose reaction, causing me to cancel all my appointments and errands for the day. Very disappointing and very unsafe for severe food allergies.

You want $6 for a refresher which is almost all ice. So I asked for the ice to be removed and I was told they weren't allowed to make it without ice. She said I wouldn't be a full cup if they didn't put the ice in it. I said you get the same amount of liquid, it would just appear to be more full with the ice. Ridiculous. If I go anywhere else and order no ice, they fill my cup. She ended up agreeing not to put ice in it bc I pressed the issue and when she saw the amount without ice, she felt bad and added some more liquid. Not a good light for this company to be ripping people off.

The steel cut oatmeal was nice. I would like to have apple instead of blueberries with the brown sugar but that wasn't an option.

Very kind and helpful customer service from Amelia and Sierra the other night when I came in. The store looked very clean, and I like the new look of the place. They seem to have expanded their offerings, but it's the same great quality. I would definitely visit this location again!
