As soon as I walked in, I was grossed out by how dirty it was inside. The floors and tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. I almost turned around and walked out. It makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is... I used to come here all the time but haven't been in years. I ordered an acai bowl and strawberry smoothie and tried to think positive thoughts, lol. The woman at the register and making the drinks was nice and helpful.

I just feel it's overpriced. I paid $19 for one large drink. Emerald City Smoothie I bought 2 with add-ons and for both was a less price than the one from Jamba. Plus a bigger size. This economy they should tone it down. Although my drink was good I'll never go there again because I know it's $20.

I almost slipped twice walking inside from dumping rain and said they should really have a rug and the guy behind the counter made a remark on what I was wearing as a response to me saying it's my shoes not their floor... it's a tile floor and it's raining a lot whether or not I'm in my specific shoes I wore for comfort and warmth or was wearing my converse or other shoes it's a safety hazard. Sorry I'm disabled and have limits to what shoes I can wear
The drinks isn't different but now there's like 6 people staying around Ina circle or picking each other's nose lol , none of which had the time to greet, also self serve now while there were a "gang" od them lol while one does the job , kinda like construction ?

So I had a great experience today. And the smoothie was amazing. So I asked the cashier for a specific smoothie with fruits and orange juice, but they gave me a smoothie with differentypes of juices, including orange juice. But I only wanted orange juice so I had to have them remake it and I feel kind of bad, but I did tell them specifically what I want , but besides that they did remake it for me and it was delicious and I'm very thankful to them for doing that for me. So, all in all, the smoothie was amazing. Very kind young lady, had remade it for me. I highly recommend this place. ?

Just wow. Where do I start? I mistakenly chose to bring my 3 year old here for a fruit smoothie as a healthy treat after a dentist appointment. There were 2 employees in the back, neither of them said anything to us, aside from bringing me the restroom key. The restroom was DISGUSTING ?. It was very obvious that it had not been cleaned for some time. There was a mold ring around the inside of the toilet, overflowing trash can, floor and sink were filthy.You place your own order on a tablet at the counter, which is fine, but then it asks you for a tip ?. They don’t have child sized options, so I got the smallest which was 16oz. I personally feel that is a little ridiculous. For having 2 employees in the back and no other customers, it took too long. My toddler was losing it, so when it was ready I grabbed it and headed out the door. When I looked at it, it had large visible chunks of unblended fruit, which wouldn’t come up through the straw, making it a very frustrating situation with a toddler. To top it all off, the smallest smoothie with no add ins cost 10.44!! Like, WHAT??!! They don’t even use organic fruit.In the end, totally on me for not looking up the prices before hand I suppose. Anyways, 0/10, do not recommend.
