So I had a great experience today. And the smoothie was amazing. So I asked the cashier for a specific smoothie with fruits and orange juice, but they gave me a smoothie with differentypes of juices, including orange juice. But I only wanted orange juice so I had to have them remake it and I feel kind of bad, but I did tell them specifically what I want , but besides that they did remake it for me and it was delicious and I'm very thankful to them for doing that for me. So, all in all, the smoothie was amazing. Very kind young lady, had remade it for me. I highly recommend this place. ?

Just wow. Where do I start? I mistakenly chose to bring my 3 year old here for a fruit smoothie as a healthy treat after a dentist appointment. There were 2 employees in the back, neither of them said anything to us, aside from bringing me the restroom key. The restroom was DISGUSTING ?. It was very obvious that it had not been cleaned for some time. There was a mold ring around the inside of the toilet, overflowing trash can, floor and sink were filthy.You place your own order on a tablet at the counter, which is fine, but then it asks you for a tip ?. They don’t have child sized options, so I got the smallest which was 16oz. I personally feel that is a little ridiculous. For having 2 employees in the back and no other customers, it took too long. My toddler was losing it, so when it was ready I grabbed it and headed out the door. When I looked at it, it had large visible chunks of unblended fruit, which wouldn’t come up through the straw, making it a very frustrating situation with a toddler. To top it all off, the smallest smoothie with no add ins cost 10.44!! Like, WHAT??!! They don’t even use organic fruit.In the end, totally on me for not looking up the prices before hand I suppose. Anyways, 0/10, do not recommend.Kid-friendliness: No kid sizes??

The lunacy has advanced to a point where a medium smoothie is now $10. The employees are fine. They're pleasant and they do their job, and the prices aren't their fault. The food quality is fine. It's Jamba. It tastes like a Jamba smoothie. What it doesn't taste like is $10.00 worth of smoothie for a size that used to cost $6.00.

I’ve given this location several chances and it almost always disappoints. The customer service is poor (ignoring customers, rolling their eyes, snickering to each other), they barely give you any smoothie in your bowls, and always seem to forget an item. I loved my old Jamba location but this one needs a lot of work,

The smoothies tasted horrible and flavorless, the service was slow for being the only people inside, and for some reason they only filled the cups up only 60% full... 20 bucks for 2 smoothies is stupid, and them being smalls too is

Our go to Jamba Juice location as it's near us. Jamba is a bit expensive these days but rewards help when you have them. Staff are nice though and the drinks are decent.

All three people working today (10/11) at 2pm worked really hard when the place was busy and gave me great service. A special shout out the the guy who took my order with the longer dark brown hair and earrings. These people deserve a raise!!

Went in to use my 50% reward, but the system wouldn't let me use it They made my drink anyway, so we felt bad, and eventually got my wife's $2 off to work. So 1 star for the reward system ripping me off $5. And no manager to fix it.

Still having trouble with my rewards, but this time, they were able to get me the discount. The free smoothie is still not working, but I have until Jan. The general manager is ghosting me now, after she said everything was fixed. The smoothies are still good, and the service is good, but it is disappointing to get there and find out your reward doesn't work

Mixed Messages

The prices are pricey. I enjoy the Pumpkin Smash, but I can't afford a daily habit, or even weekly; a good smoothie does make a nice treat or replacement meal when out and about.
