Shockingly slow service! I did an online order and waited over 20 minutes PAST what my pick time was supposed to be. When they finally brought out my sandwich they hadn’t bothered to grab the bottle of water and cookie I had ordered as well, so I got those myself. They also seemed to be very disorganized. I was not the only person who had been waiting for quite a while. I was not impressed.

It took them over 20 minutes to make my Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I just sat there and watched everyone that was behind me and lying. Get their order and walk out the door. Very frustrating.

First time getting jersey mike's. if you like Italian style sub sandwiches these are some of the the best sub sandwiches you can get. Much better than the generic subway, I even like it more than Jimmy John's, although they are more into hoagie style sandwiches. They got all the Italian classics, or even Philly cheese if you want. Fresh ingredients and bread. Got me the club supreme sandwich and rosemary bread.

The food turns out good the majority of the time, but every time I've ordered on Dash or UberEats I'll get my sandwich, but 95% of the time I NEVER get my bread. I always order the Cheese Bread, but I'll Always get wheat or white... Literally every time. It sucks because their food is good, but the bread is like 50% of the order and when you get the wrong bread, it's just so unsatisfying.
