We used to love Jersey Mike's so it's a bummer that it seems to have gone down hill recently. There was one day in the last 3 months that the staff was awesome and the food was great. But more often than not, the staff is indifferent, if you ask for light oil and vinegar they still completely drench the sandwich to the point the bread turns into mush and the bread has been stale. We won't be ordering from them for a while because we've been disappointed the last 4 times we've ordered. Which sucks because they were our favorite sandwich shop.

Their food is fine if you can get it. Problem is out of the three dozen times I've come here they have only had bread 4 times. Don't waste your time coming to a sandwich shop that can never make any sandwiches due to having no bread.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat with a coworker. The employees were very friendly and our sandwiches were made and brought to us quickly.No complaints, would definitely enjoy a sandwich here again!

I eat here often since I work in the same complex. There's tons of new staff. The men are very friendly, same with the older woman and the girl with light brown (?) hair and septum piercing. The girl with heavy makeup + fake eyelashes almost makes me not want to return. Shes beyond unprofessional. Shes rude. She helped me with my order last time and it was incorrect. I avoided mentioning this issue since she already had an attitude. Today she didn't help me, but as the other girl was talking to me, heavy makeup girl bumped into her and didn't say sorry or even acknowledge the other girl. She just looked at me annoyed and rolled her eyes. I read previous reviews and I'm not the only one with this complaint.Sandwiches are good though!
The dude that took my order is great but the girl that jumped in to make my sandwich was rude and unprofessional. If you hate your job, get another job but don't work in public.

I come here often because I work close. As of 10/23 they have all new staff. The young woman who was working at 12:30 has a HORRIBLE attitude. Shes rude and didn't get my order right.I entered my order online and it wasn't ready for pick up.The girl set my order on the counter and walked off. Didn't say have a good day, etc. Don't work in customer service if you don't have the correct attitude for it.I won't be returning.
